Excellent results, close and very comfortable
Non-plussed that I bought a series 9pro in the sale with 52% off and was sent a 9pro+ but feel it would be churlish to raise a fuss. Wouldn’t want to get anybody into bother…. I was astonished how much better it is at getting a close, comfortable shave than my series 7. Even at the sale price it is expensive. I believe the Smart Centre is worth getting as it does a great job of cleaning and sterilizing the shaver. Also have to give props to the customer services department who were very helpful and efficient with a problem I had with a series 7 replacement head bought from Amazon.

Design Flaw
The shaving heads on the Series 9 have very significant gaps between the floatting modules and between the outer casing and floating modules. The net result is the shaver emties itself into the sink and all over the front of your shirt / chest when shaving. This is definately not what I would expect of a top of the range shaver. My new series 9 pro is on its way back to Braun and I am back to using Philashave again.
