*Eligible returns are in pristine condition and requested within 30 days of receipt. Queries for returns that fall outside the policy can be raised via our customer service team.
Extended Returns: Any purchases made between 24th November and 15th December will have an extended returns window until 15th Jan 2026.

Our returns policy is simple and free! You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition. This means they’re unopened, unused and any seals are intact. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team throughMy Account who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.Please note, we don’t offer exchanges.
