Take a look at our IPL range of intense pulse light epilators if you think the FaceSpa Pro may not be for you, since these can be used on your arms, legs and bikini line, not just your face. That said, the Braun FaceSpa Pro epilator range is specifically designed for facial hair removal. While some products come with beauty cases and extras, others have brush refills. Whichever you choose, expect micro-openings that will capture even the finest hairs on your face down to 0.02 mm wide or only 0.5 mm in terms of their height.
Every product in the FaceSpa Pro collection by Braun has been dermatologist tested. Therefore, even with a daily hair removal regime, you can make use of your Braun FaceSpa Pro epilator on any skin type. Avoid using it on broken or recovering skin, however. Bear in mind that our facial hair epilator range is recommended by the Skin Health Alliance.
All epilators function by removing hairs from their root. Therefore, compared to shaving, which means only removing the part of the hair that is above the skin, using a FaceSpa Pro will likely cause some minor sensation. This is not to say that any of the facial epilator products in the collection cause pain, however. Certainly, if you were to compare epilating to waxing, for instance, the experience is a great deal more comfortable. If you do experience discomfort, then stop and try again a day or two later.

This will depend on two things – how fast your hair grows back following an epilation session and whether or not the returning hair is visible.
