Braun IPL Silk-expert Pro 5 PL5137

I started using this 3 months ago and at first I thought it was fab. I could feel it working, little elastic bands pinging onto my underarms is how it felt. However, after doing exactly aas the instructions said for 2 months I decided to see what would happen if I stopped shaving as, by then, it should have worked. Low and behold, dark brown hairs began to grow again! So I tried again for another month and I'm still having the hair regrowth.

I have had awful hair removal experiences from extremely painful epilation to unbelievable messy waxing. I was so excited to try this gorgeous machine and it did change my life. After maximum 4 weeks of using it I was totally hairfree. It does not take more than a month and I had to use it weekly so the results are unbelievable. The app that can be downloaded on smart phones is vital as it is very easy to keep track and follow instructions so you do not miss a treatment. The attached cord is long enough so it can be easily used while plugged far from a mirror. I also used it for my chin and upper lip and the attachment head is a god sent. Overall I am over the moon with my Silk-expert Pro 5 PL5124 IPL and I cannot imagine my future life without it. I am so excited and feel very confident to show my hairless skin this summer.

I tried the Pro 5 and started on my underarms first, just to see how easy it would be, before moving to a larger area. It was a very easy process to follow, and I have noticed my hair growth is taking a longer amount of time and the thickness of the hair has reduced - I usually have very thick and dark regrowth! Very impressed, I will now move on to my legs hoping for same results!

Would I recommend this product, yes I would! The Braun Silk Expert Pro 5 comes in a beautiful little carry case and includes a Venus razor. I really wanted to use this as I’m tired of the constant shaving and being a mum of a young toddler let’s face it, it’s often hard to find the time to shave. I’ve been using the Braun Silk Expert Pro 5 PL5124 for just over 4 weeks now and and I’m so impressed. I’ve used it on my arms, armpits, legs and bikini line. The reduction in hair growth is much better than I expected, my underarms in particular are brilliant. It’s easy and very quick to use and very cleverly adapts to your skin tone. I also wanted to add that it’s painless. My best friend has gone to a salon in Leeds for years receiving this treatment and on a recent spa day we were comparing our results. She could not believe I was getting the exact same results at home with this. All in all I would give this product 5 stars!

This product does exactly what it says in the box which I was quite amazed. Over the four weeks I saw a difference every week and my legs feel so soft and smooth. I was thinking of going professionally but no need when I can save money and do it myself and it’s so easy. It comes with a lovely storage case. I am so glad to have this in my life, this is what I needed. The app helps to keep you on track which is very helpful.

It’s been 5 weeks since I started using this Amazing product . I want to admit that it’s been the most effective form of hair removal I have ever come across . I used to visit a salon to get my arms and legs waxed while I used to shave my bikini area . This product has made my life easy . Now I can get long time relief from body hair that too in my own privacy . It’s changed my life completely. It’s very easy to use . Especially the glide on attachment due to which it hardly takes any time to treat lasrge areas . Also contains a small stamping head which is ideal for face and underarms . I couldn’t feel any pain except for sting my knee where I didn’t notice I had a dark spot and I accidentally glided on it . So make sure you cover all your dark spots with a white pen it first . It’s got a long cord so you can use it anywhere in the room .

I love my Silk-Expert Pro 5 IPL. I have been using it once a week for four weeks now and I have already seen results! It is very easy to use and lightweight and comes with a long power lead, a changable precision head for smaller areas and even comes with a razor and a beauty pouch to keep everything in, you can change the intensity for more delicate area such as underarms and bikini line.I have been using it on my legs, bikini line and underarms and so far I have noticed a massive reduction of hair growth on my legs, I now only need to shave my legs once every 7 - 10 days compared to my normal 2 - 3 days, I did have to use the precision head on my ankles, bottom part of my lower legs and bikini line because my legs are quite slim so this took up a lot of time but definitely worth it. There has been no reduction of hair growth on my underarms yet which I'm a little dissapointed with, not quite sure why as it is the same colour as my leg hair but I will continue with treatment and I am sure it will reduce hair growth after full treatment. So far I am really impressed, it is easy to use, painless and will save me time in the long run.

I've been using this for almost 4 weeks now and am starting to see a difference under my arms. I love the way it is so easy to grip and the differenct intensity settings give you the freedom to decide how strong you want the process. Really impressed with how quickly it starts to work once it's switched on. I'm hoping that after another month or so using this product on a weekly basis that I'll be 100% set for my summer holiday

After using for 4 weeks I have noticed quite a difference on my legs. There is very minimal hair growth and the hairs are much thinner. There’s is a reduction in hair on my armpits but not to the same extent as on my legs. The device is very easy to use, and the smaller precision head is great for use on smaller areas. It is very quick to use and so I’ve been able to fit it in around a busy schedule. Overall I am impressed with the product but I do think it is very expensive, as to have IPL done at a salon wouldn’t be a lot more money. But the convenience and long term use to make up for this

I have always wanted to try a laser hair removal device but due to the price I had been put off just incase it didn’t work. I suffer with ingrown hairs and my hair grows back extremely quickly, if I shave in the evening the next morning I will feel my hair growing back already which is a nightmare so I was excited to give this ago. I downloaded the app before my first treatment so I could make sure I was consistent and on time with the treatments to get full efficiency. I must say the app is extremely helpful and a great feature to the device. The first 3 treatments I didn’t see any difference and I was quite disheartened however I am currently just finished my 5th treatment yesterday and before shaving I noticed there was only a few patches on my legs where there was only a little bit of hair growth I also noticed the same results on my arms, I would say about a 70% hair reduction which I am absolutely stunned by I never thought I would get to this point with how quick my hair growth usually is. I have seen only 30% hair reduction on my bikini line and underarms I’m guessing as the hair there is thicker it will take longer to treat which I am fine with. The design of the device is sleek and girly, the gold finish gives a luxurious feel. I love that it is compact as it is easy to store and travel with especially with the lovely case it comes which. The first time I used the product it took me a little while on my legs to get used to positioning the device I find the large head to be too big for my lower leg but it is perfect for thighs and underarms. The smaller head is perfect for all other areas of the body. I find the highest setting on the device does feel not painful but slightly uncomfortable on some areas but luckily there is three different settings and the other settings are fine. I do find maybe there should be some safety goggles as you get when you got to a salon, it is hard to use the device without looking at it so you are constantly looking at the flashing. Overall I am really impressed with the results in just a month I hope within the next month or so that I will be nearly completely hair free.
