Game changer!
5This is one of the best purchases I have made! The convenience of electric shavers had always been compromised for me by patchy performance but this Braun Series 5 is on another level. Brilliantly close shave, especially in the shower and no worrying about annoying nicks from a razor. So easy to clean under the tap with no beard dust to be seen even when using for a dry shave! Holds it's charge for ages too. Couldn't imagine myself going back to a blade after trying this.

Excellent shaver gives a really close shave
4I am really impressed with this shaver it gives an extremely close shave and left my skin exceptionally smooth. It is easy to use and easy to clean afterwards. It comes with a handy blade protector and cleaning brush as well as a trimmer. The main drawback I found with the shaver is that it did take me a lot longer to shave compared to using my regular razor however as said before it does give a closer shave than my razor does. Overall I’m really impressed and would recommend to others.

A handy and useful electric razor by Braun
5I have a couple of different razors, including one that just does beard trimming but not one that is a combo of the two, until I got the Braun - Series 5 50-B1200s. This electric, wet & dry razor is a real handy Precision Trimmer attachment which allows me to shave some of the more stronger areas of beard growth before I do my wet shave. Its three flexible blades give good control and allows it to glide effortlessly over all areas of my face. It cleans up pretty easily and has a decent battery life, which is always a big plus for me. As a first time owner of a Braun product, I am impressed and would buy again :)

No thrills shaver
3Recently got the Brain shaved and it shaved well but the lack of options leave it well behind other options. You can clean shave and also have a trimmer to tidy us lines. With plenty of other products that do all this plus different grading options it’s left behind I’m afraid.

Great features
3Braun shaver is a nice & small shaver so if your going on a weekend break or holiday its convenient. I found comfortable to hold & gives a clean shave leaving your face feeling nice n smooth. The good features that i like is after use its easy to clean, to store & has a Li'lon battery which is long lasting. No need to worry as you can use weather your face is wet or dry. My only downfall is the precision trimmer for me is not as sharp as other products out there.

Clean Shave
4This shaver is so fast and efficient, it definitely cut down the time I spend shaving every morning. In my case, the closeness was pretty good; in fact, it was better than expected with the three-blade shaving head. Build quality and ergonomics is nifty but I personally wish it was slighter smaller. Overall would recommend.

Not as easy as it sounds
3The Braun series 5...I was optimistic yet fully aware that this would not compare to the series 7 o 9 however thought the easy clean feature, if 'easy' enough could be a great introduction the the range. Unfortunately after running it under the tap for a while and trying to be thorough, it took a while to get the majority of the hairs out and there were still some left over. It actually seems easier to have a detachable head. The design is simplistic and unoffensive and the LED screen is a nice feature which is a positive however, whilst the product gives a close shave and it comfortable enough, I would prefer a more flexible head rather than the fixed head in the series 5. Overall a good value for money product but there is a significant step down form quality compared to the series 7.

Smooth shave
5This is a game changer for me. I have stubble/beard but always like to trim my neck to give a defined line. I usually just use the beard trimmer to create the line and never clip too short as I get a rash very easily. Having used this Braun series 5, it gives me a close shave as I would get with a wet shave and gives me no irritation or rash whatsoever. It is very smooth and gives fantastic results. Whether being used in the dry or in the shower, the results are always amazing. The battery life is very good and seems to charge quickly, there are led indicators on the front to tell you how much charge it has which are handy. The precision trimming tool is also handy to create the line if you do have facial hair. The attachments are interchangeable very easily and also allow for very easy cleaning. The materials used feel premium and make for easy operation. All in all a great shaver.

Good quality, underwhelming shave
4This razor looks beautiful. It is small and light but well designed and robust. The handle fits the hand well to allow for food control and the small size means it is easy to manoeuvre. I was a little upset not to see a docking station or similar, rather than just having the charger plug in. It would be much neater with a stand or similar. The change from the clipper or the shaver is easy, but attaches well making it not flimsy like other razors. The shaver catches the hair well but needs to be cleaned and emptied after every shave. I use the clippers more often than the shaver, but the shaver itself is good quality. I prefer ring electric shavers rather than straight designs, but this one works quite well even on the hard to reach areas around the jaw. The clippers work well, but it seems that the blades are hidden quite deep so it is difficult to be ultra-precise with them. Overall, this is a well-designed and good quality shaver that will last for a long time and shave well.

Makes shaving easy
5A fantastic electric shaver that cuts close to the skin and leaves my skin feeling really smooth. It's flexible blades give good precision and allows it to glide effortlessly over all areas of my face. The handle is easy to grip and feels comfortable in my hand. The attachments are really simple to change and are easy to clean. I love how its 100% waterproof so I'm able to shower and shave at the same time which is great when I'm in a hurry. Battery life is great. Would definitely recommend this product.
