Station gut aber falsch
[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Schlecht beschrieben, dass die Station nur für neuere Rasierer geeignet ist, habe bei Braun versucht umzutauschen, aber Kundendiest stellte sich stur. Niemehr direkt bei Braun kaufen.

[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Reinigungsstation funktioniert gut und reinigt. Leider haben die Produktentwickler zur Fixierung des Rasieres, einfache Abstandshalter aus Gummi verbaut. Somit steht der Rasierer nicht perfekt und wenn man nicht aufpasst, geht die Reinigungsstation aus.Das war an der alten R.Station besser.

Unzufrieden mit der Bearbeitubg
[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Ich hatte aus Unwissenheit die falsche Dockingstion zu meinem Rasieraparat der Serie 9 bestellt, da mir die Typenbezeichun zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung nicht klar war. Nach Mitteilung von Braun, hieß es dann nur, dass zu meinem Rasieraparat kein e Ladestation an Lager ist. Nun habe ich eine Dockigstation die ich nicht verwenden kann. Eine Rücknahme wurde mir nicht angeboten..

Sinnvolle Ergänzung
[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Durch die Station fällt das lästige reinigen der Rasierers per Hand weg. Der Rasierer lädt, wird sauber und fühlt sich auf der Haut angenehm an. Lediglich die Kartuschen sind m. E. zu teuer.

Schlechter Kundenservice
[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Ware wurde nur zum ansehen geöffnet und wurde nicht mehr zurück genommen. Keine Benutzung erfolgt. Sehr schlechter Service und vom Gesetzgeber so nicht vorgesehen bei Online-Geschäften. Nie wieder Braun Geräte!!!

Problem
[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Das Problem ist, dass man einen Artikel SOFORT nach dem Kauf bewerten muss. Tja, da funktioniert alles. Aber wie sieht es ein Jahr später aus? Ich habe bestellt und ruckzuck eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Ich konnte den Artikel verfolgen bis an meine Haustür. Das ist Super und dafür 5 Sterne, aaaber ob die Reinigungsstation was taugt, kann ich erst später beurteilen. Bis jetzt geht sie mal einwandfrei...nix für ungut... ;-)
