Superb
5Bought this last year, I did already have an epilator but a different make. I was amazed at just how much better the Braun is. A lot less pain & removes the hair with one pass, so no going over the same spot over & over. I highly recommend, definitely an ama big buy.

Dissappointed cap not included in warranty
3I am pleased with the epilator. But unfortunately the cap broke and beads fell off. When I contacted customer services, they stated that I should contact them when the cap was in stock (it always seems to be 'out of stock'). When it was back in, I contacted them and it took a couple of days before they told me that I would have to buy the cap and it is not on guarantee. Now it is out of stock again !! - Have many broken?? Slightly disappointed. I got this epilator at a discount. Don't think it is worth the full RRP sorry.

5When my Braun SilkEpil 7 finally decided to stop working after about 10 years of usage, I have decided to replace it with SilkEpil 9 and I couldn't be more happy. This little device is my go-to whenever I don't have time to do waxing, which is quite often when looking after 2 little kids. I didn't try the shaver cap yet, but I'm sure it won't disappoint. Massage cap is great, it actually does help with more sensitive areas, and the wider head means you can get shaved faster! This epilator is quiet and efficient, definitely worth the money! Highly recommended.

Exceptional product
5This review was collected as part of a promotion. I have used epilators for a long time mostly for embarrassing facial hair. I've never really spent much on them as I figured they all do the same right? WRONG! I was given this product to trial and was blown away. My face has never felt so smooth and normally I have to go over it lots of times. This was quick and easy. I also tried the epilator on my legs and was again very impressed. The shaver was great for intimate areas.

Perfect for busy mums.
4"This review was collected as part of a promotion." This is perfect for busy Mums who never get time to go to salons. I found this easy to set up and so quick to use. I used the shaver which was great my only niggle would be I wish the head was wider so I could be even quicker. I used the epilator I'm not going to lie it isn't painless but it doesn't hurt anymore than waxing and it lasts just as long. I have to admit it was less painful when doing it in the bath!

Simple, stylish and cost effective
5I am huge fan of Braun Products and have a Hair Straightener and a hair satin brush, Both of them are nearly 5 years old and still going good and happy to add this to one to my lovely beauty gadgets. I like this one because of its style and simplicity with less attachments yet very effective. The first try was little scary as I have used an epilator quite long ago and have been only using shavers after my old one broke, but it did the job as a smooth companion

Smooth legs in a flash!
4This review was collected as part of a promotion. I’ve tried several epilators in the past but this one is by far the most attractive looking and the most effective. Like any hair removal product it missed a few hairs, but it was more effective than others. With it’s wider head, it’s design made the process quicker and that’s just what you need from an epilator!!!! Quicker equals less pain! I’d recommend this product!

Excellent epilator!
5**This review was created as part of a promotion**I had never used an epilator before or waxed. I watched videos and then thought oh my god!! Am I mad. But I was very surprised I started on my arms on slow speed and within seconds had it on full. Then I moved to the legs using the same technique (no screams were made) I don't regret using this item and my legs feel great and fresh. I Recommend this epilator definitely.
