A good investment
4I was impressed with this sleek designed product, which wasnt heavy and was easy to use. It took time getting used to as i didnt notice the results straight away, but it is worth the wait as in time hair growth does gradually decrease. A plus feature is that it doesnt need charging and you can plug it in and use accordingly. As i was used to using an epilator i didnt find it painful at all and the gliding mode was a perfect setting allowing me to use the machine quickly. It definitely is a good investment even though it may seem pricy, the end results make it worth it. Skin isnt left blothcy or bumpy, which i was worried about.

Slow and Steady wins the hairfree race
4My first impressions; upon opening my parcel I was very pleased to see my Braun Pro 3 came with a storage/travel pouch, face/precision attachment and a Venus razor. The bag came in very handy as I was worried I would lose the face/precision attachment or have to keep the device in its box which would be a pain on holiday. The inclusion of a razor was very helpful when getting started and I thought it was a nice touch. It is a mains-powered (both UK and EU plugs) device as opposed to rechargeable - which keeps costs down and also helps the device itself to be smaller and lighter in weight than some of the rechargeable ones I’ve come across in the past and I don't need to remember to charge it, which when looking after two toddlers is highly likely. It’s comfortable to hold in the hand, and it is easy enough to navigate the body and manoeuvre. I found the App; which could be used with your phone or tablet is really just there to keep track of when you’ve done a treatment and to remind you when to do more, was nothing more than a calendar which you could just make entries and reminders. I personally epilate and shave so this was my first time using such a product and I thought it would be painless so was a little shocked when doing my 48 hour tester to experience a warming, tingle, like hot pins when you fire the pulse of light. It really isn't bad and after a few goes you do get used to it, just wanted to raise awareness so others don't go into this expecting it will be totally pain-free. I knew I wouldn't suddenly going to be hair-free overnight, but I didn't expect such a lengthy process. You need to shave first, then use it, and expect to re-use the device over-and-over during subsequent sessions to start seeing a gradual reduction in the strength and thickness of the hair. In order to see results you will have to be strict and thorough, although I'm sure once you start seeing a result you'll be able to use the device less and less. Personally after using the device for 6 weeks I am slowly seeing a slowing in my leg hair growth, I have not noticed any difference in my arm pit hair but understandably the hair is thicker and darker there. I will maintain the routine I have currently got myself in, I can understand that the process may seem lengthy but after getting familiar with the device and process it does speed up, I just needed to make sure I allocated enough time to do it all in one sitting so I didn't accidently do some areas more than others, which with two toddlers isn't always ideal. I would definitely recommend this product to others, it is a slow and steady process which will eventually produce results, obviously the process will vary based on hair colour, hair thickness and skin tone but I think it is worth it. I will give an updated review after using the product for 6 months.

5I have always had severe (and embarrassing!) hair growth on my face, arms etc. My hair would grow within days of shaving/waxing. Since I started using this machine 6 weeks ago I have noticed a clear reduction in the growth of my hair. It's actually amazing. The results are seen everywhere, but are most prominent on my arms. The machine is easy and painless to use, and it does not take long for me to use it. The instructions are helpful and clear. I would also recommend downloading the app for reminders on when to conduct the treatments. The design is also very beautiful and trendy. Overall I am very happy with this machine, it does exactly what I wanted and I'm sure with further use I will become even more hairless. I would highly recommend this product.

Effective device! Excited for the ongoing results!
5This is a great hair removal gadget. It does take persistence and time but it has proven very effective in terms of reducing both growth and thickness of my body and facial hair. I have tested this device for 5 and a half full weeks, with no exceptions. It is not just the device, but the shaver that helps keep everything efficient. The build of the device is great! The premium quality is definitely felt. I look forward to the continuation of use and to be 100% hair free! The cord is also of good length so it can be used quite comfortably to reach the harder areas (for me- Behind my thighs).

It works!!
5To be honest I was very sceptical that product would work as hairs very dark and stubborn but worked amazingly! Is really easy and safe to use, it becomes with two different heads ideals to cover the hard to reach places (as behind your knee or the face ones). I can say that my facial hair dissappear from the first week and with the rest of my body was slightly more gradual. I spend 30 minutes per week to use it all around my body, I just love the product I am wondering why I did not purchase before!! Thank you Braun!

Time consuming but its worth the wait
4The Braun Silk Expert Pro 3 PL3132 is ergonomically designed making it really comfortable to hold and use. The device was lightweight, and relatively quiet in comparison to my epilator which was really good. The device was easy to turn on and off. I was pleased to see a manual razor and a bag for easy storage was included in the box. I was glad that the Pro 3 runs from a mains cord and that it's not a rechargeable device, due to it being a mains powered device it makes it easy and quicker to use the product and you don't have to worry about charging it up. I have been using the Pro 3 for a few weeks and I can already see a significant reduction in the amount of hairs growing on my face, arms, legs and bikini line. I found it really easy to manoeuvre the Pro 3 into the required positions on my body. To ensure I achieve the best results with the Pro 3, I shaved first, then I used it, and I had to reuse the device over and over during subsequent sessions to start seeing a gradual reduction in the strength and thickness of the hair. At first I used the gentle mode which is great for first time users and then as I got used to using the device, I then started to use the gliding mode which made my sessions much faster. There was not too much pain and I had no discomfort using the device. The areas I used the Pro 3 on feel really smooth and soft. Overall I am very impressed with the initial results and I will continue to use this device.

Surprised and delighted by results.
4I've never used anything like this before. And I do remove hair from a lot of places so having this meaning there is a long term result is great. It comes in a lovely presented box with plenty of information on. Comes with a lovely bag to store it in aswell. It is corded which i would have preferred it to be cordless so it would be more compact and easier to handle. I used this for my arms, underarms, legs, peach fuzz on my face and my intimate area. And boy did it take a long time but so does using a regular razor. The difference is the braun ipl has longer lasting results. I did the peach fuzz on my face and the braun ipl has a safety feature where it chooses the intensity of the flashed automatically depending on the skin tone and this is such a good feature because in reality I probably would have chosen the same setting for all of my skin only to find that would have been a mistake. Anyway back to peach fuzz thanks to this braun ipl I can go 3 months without being worried about my peach fuzz on my face. As a first time user of anything like this I am amazed. I was doubtful to begin with but it actually does work. I'm very pleased with the product and deffinetly reccomend.

Very Impressed
5I have to say I was a bit wary about trying the Braun Silk Expert 3 IPL at first. I was sceptical about what results could be achieved and a little worried that it would be uncomfortable to use, having never had treatment using this technology before. I was made to feel much more confident after reading the comprehensive, yet easy to follow, instruction booklet. The device is very easy to use, having both a standard and gentle setting that you can switch between at the touch of a button. My only slight issue is getting sufficient contact with the skin on harder to reach areas. The backs of my legs and ankles in particular take a bit of negotiating! This is worth considering if you are less mobile/flexible, but could easily be remedied with the help of another person. I was surprised not to feel any discomfort whilst using the device as I was expecting a stinging sensation. The only noticeable feeling was that of heat when using on the more delicate areas. I found the process to be quick and easy. I have been using the Silk Expert for approximately 6 weeks (on my legs, underarm and bikini line) and am seeing some good results. Whilst I still have hairs growing back, the hairs are fewer in quantity and take longer to grow. I am confident that with continued use I will see even more improvement.

Perfect product for a great skin
5This product is really working well and I have been using this for 4 weeks and i have noticed the difference from 2nd week.My skin feels so smooth and hair growing speed also reduced than before.This is really easy to use and all I had to do was read the instructions and that's all. When i used it for the first time i was lil bit of scared but it wasn't that bad.I think anyone can use it and i highly recommended this product to anyone.
