great little gadget
5was really happy when i used this - left all the areas smooth and worked really well - i have tried a few other options and always ended up giving up for various reasons but the ease of use and the fantastic results this provided means it's something that will now be part of my bathroom routine

In love
5I am in love with versatile features of this product. With corded feature, I don’t need to worry about batteries and running for them during holidays. It has speed setting for extra gentle hair removal and leaves skin with long-lasting smooth skin.

Smooth legs in seconds!
4Loving this product so far! It’s very easy to use and less of a fuss than my usual hid removal creams. It keeps my legs smooth with no bumps or issues. And is compact enough to have in my bathroom cabinet.

Not great
1On first use was excited to use as it’s quick an easy an very handy, used in the evening before went to bed woke up to sore spotty legs which were quite tender, I’m quite disappointed as I’ve never used electric razor before an don’t think I ever will again Pros it’s quick Cons it has to be plugged in while using an feel the cord can get in the way

Surprisingly pain free!!
5I’ve used another brand of epilators previously but so glad I switched to this one. It’s so simple to setup and use and really does seem to work on shorter hairs too. It gentle pulls out each hair but it really isn’t painful at all… it’s just a gentle vibration and a little tingle when I run the epilator over the hair (I use on my armpits). The finish is really smooth too! it seems to extract a good amount so I don’t need to go over the same area twice. It’s so, so quick and the hair growth for me comes back much slower and the hair is thinner too. the little light is a great touch that helps me to guide the epilator over the right places. Really do recommend this product! Well worth the money and will no doubt last me years!

Better than most
4I've had previous Braun epilators and had mixed results. This one was better though, especially for not being too rough when pulling on the leg hairs. The LED light definitely helps to see the hairs too.

The light is good
5I usually use a razor but I was getting fed up with getting cuts and it wasnt a nice look on my legs. I decided to try this Braun silk epilator, firstly it was easy to unpack and set up. One thing was that the plug was 2 pin , this wasnt mentioned on the box, so maybe I think they should mention it somewhere in the description as people might not have one. It wasnt a problem for me, as we did have an adapter so I could use it straight away. I found I had to go over the hairs on my legs a few times before it got rid of them, but at least it didnt cut me. Under arms was easy, I have a few skin tags under my arms which I was worried about but the epilator didnt catch them at all. Whilst it did hurt a bit, I figured this was better than cutting myself with a razor and my skin will get used to it. I especially loved the light, it was really helpful in seeing the shorter hairs on my leg. Overall I liked this and will continue using it.

Pretty painless!
5This is my first experience of using an epilator having avoided them before because I had heard they’re painful, I found this a pretty much pain free experience and wish I’d had one sooner. There are 2 speed settings, I started on the slowest but quickly changed to the fastest without any discomfort I particularly like the smart light that shows up even very fine hairs and the fact that it’s mains powered is great as it’s not something I have to remember to charge!

Great product!
5I am so happy with the results I have got from using this product. I was a bit sceptic at first as I have never used one before and was always worried that some sort of pain would be involved but it was pain free and glided on my skin. I feel as though it removes the hair thoroughly and a week later my skin is still smooth. I look forward to using this again.

5I was apprehensive about buying an epilator for the first time but was pleasantly surprised by how easy to use this was. It’s super effective and relatively painless. I would highly recommend trying it
