Great product
5Loved this product... it’s rose gold finish is so current and it’s sleek design and travel pouch makes it easy to carry. It has an excellent charge... it was so quick. The epilator function works well but it does hurt... a lot. I was very red after use but it died down overnight. Best not to use just before a big night out! The micro vibration head worked my moisturiser into my face nice and it felt good on my face but I’m sure I would get the same effect rubbing my moisturiser in with my fingers. However, the benefits of the vibration and overall feel good factor made this an enjoyable function. The cleansing brush head is great on the skin. I like to use with a cream cleanser in the evenings to get rid of any daily grime and make up. Over the past two weeks of use I have noticed a difference in my skin tone and texture. Overall, I really like this product and I would highly recommend.

Real spa product
5I realy enjoyed to use Braun FacebSpa product. I use it twice and more during the day. It is brilliant to clean my face, I tried it as well to remove my make up and is perfect. I apliaied mask and cream with micro vibration head and was good. I don’t really use epilator but I am that type of person who doesn’t need it. I wold like to suggest only if you could add adaptor into the set. My shower socket was broken and I needed to wait few days to use ( ordered online) . I would like to recommended to my friend.

Promises a lot, delivers most of it
4The outer box is simple in design yet fiddly to open. Whilst images convey the product contents, the picture of the chosen female gives the impression that this product is aimed at the youthful 20-30’s market rather than a more mature person. Additionally there is nothing on the outer images that indicate that it could be used by someone of 8+ years as detailed in the instruction booklet – so possibly a missed marketing opportunity to the body conscious teenage market. I felt that the packaging was a little oversized for the product content, however it is certainly protected. The main unit is Sleek with an ergonomic design yet feels sturdy/robust. Attachments are easy to change – although the protective cap to the epilator can become stuck on the attachment once removed/replaced with another attachment. It is quiet when charging. The unit, with any of the attachments in place is a comfortable weight in your hand, and not cumbersome when holding for long periods of time. It is very similar in size and weight to an electric toothbrush, and just as easy to operate/move around. Previously I have had a small electrical palm held facial exfoliator and the longer handle on this Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 is definitely a benefit and makes it much easier to use. I feel that the definition of the on/off button could be improved. Its ok when looking directly at it to locate the button, however if trying to operate the switch when against the face it is occasionally difficult to locate & apply sufficient pressure in the correct location for required result. Bearing in mind, in the case of the Cleansing Brush, this is a vibrating brush that can have liquid on which could spray if moved away from the face whilst still in motion. I found that due to its size, the instruction booklet gives an impression of complexity, however the English section is only 4 pages. Perhaps a shaded area incorporated on the open edge (within each language section) could be considered to aid reflection of the simple instructions needed to be read rather than the thick ¼ inch booklet presented with. Tried and tested Cleansing brush – tickles when used dry or wet with a soapy solution/cleanser, but a pleasant sensation none the less. You are left with a fuzzy feeling for a while after and definitely a smoother feel to your skin. MicroVibration Head. – not so sure of this one. The cold surface (without lotion) is revitalising to the eye area and i would consider using it as a massaging tool on low setting on the temple area when experiencing a head ache (if this method of headache control normally works for you), however once lotion is added to the attachment head I am less impressed. It moves ok over the immediate area with lotion, but the metal surface becomes ‘sticky’ when the lotion runs out or you move to a new area without lotion and therefore drags across the skin rather than flowing smoothly. Personally I obtained more affect by massaging the lotion/cream in using my fingers! I did find the timer feature a good point. It reminds you to move on to another area meaning you can control your overall usage time as part of your beauty routine. Epilator – whilst I have used an epilator on my legs for hair removal for many years, I am fortunate not to have unruly eyebrows nor unwanted facial hair (top lip etc), however I tried it on my cheek. It is very gentle and what I expect in sensation from an epilator. The compact head is much more suited to hair removal in this area than the normal larger epilators available for leg hair maintenance. It could also be useful on the bikini line due to its smaller head. As with any epilation, discomfort is experienced until you become de-sensitised to the sensation (which does occur over time and with more use), however the results of this method of hair removal is long lasting when compared to shaving and less messy than wax application.

Beauty Salon at Home!
5I'm very impressed with Braun FaceSpa Pro 911. I wish I'd purchased one of these years ago. I like the colour, size and how it fits in my hand. It's easy to take for traveling what's important to me. The epilator is easy to use and effective too. It dosn't leave any redness. The head is easy to change. The brush is soft and left my skin feeling really clean, smooth and refreshed. The cleaning brush gives a much deeper clean than using cotton wood pads and really cleans out my blackheads. The MicroVibration head works perfectly with serum or cream. The cordless feature makes it easy to use anywhere, even in the shower. It comes with a soft storage pouch. It's clever little device! From now - no more visits to the beauty salon!

Face feels fantastic!
5What an amazing product the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 is! I have been lucky enough to test this fantastic product for the last 10 days and have been so impressed with the results. Let me tell you about the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911. The slim design makes it very easy to handle and easy to store (it comes with it's own storage pouch). There are 3 interchangeable heads - the epilation head (which has it's own bronze protection cap), the cleansing brush and adapter and the MicroVibration head. I was a little apprehensive about using the epilation head. I have used a Braun epilator for a number of years and am very happy with that but I have never used on on my face. It was a little painful to start with but after using it a few more times my face became less sensitive to it and the results far outweighed the discomfort. The cleansing head did a fantastic job and has two speeds which you can change easily to suit. This head (and the MicroVibration head) also have a treatment time which makes the machine pause every 20 seconds so you move on to the next area of you face and don't 'over-do' it. The MicroVibration head really felt great and I enjoyed using it. My face felt toned and refreshed. A cleaning brush is supplied to clean the epilator head and the other heads are easy to clean too. The instruction booklet is so easy to follow but definitely needs to be read before you start. Is there anything I did not like about the product...... just the 2 pin charger! If you haven't got a shaver plug on your mirror (luckily I have) then you would have to buy a shaver adapter plug to charge it. The charge though, lasts for a very long time. I would definitely recommend the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911. Brilliant!!

Great product, amazing results!
5I am very impressed with the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator. Previously I have used wax to remove facial hair but this product is far more convenient. The product consists of a wand like main unit which has attachments for epilation, cleansing and applying creams. The unit is rechargeable and has a power lead with a two pin plug. The product charges very quickly and lasts a long time between charges, a light on the unit indicates when it is fully charged, charging level has dropped below 10% or the units needs fully recharging. Epilation is relatively pain free. It is recommended that you don’t try to remove hair from below the eyebrow but it can be used on all other areas of the face; above and between the eyebrows (with care), the chin, jawline and upper lip area. The only area I have found it quite sensitive is above my upper lip which was a little painful and went a little red afterwards but this soon returned to normal. The direction of the rotating ‘tweezers’ can be changed depending on which side of the face you are using the product on. The exfoliating brush is brilliant for giving your face a really deep clean. I find it cleans my pores and leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. I started using the exfoliating brush every day but have found sometimes my face feels quite dry so I now use it every other day. It is very easy to use; I wet my face and apply face wash with my fingertips as I normally would. I then use the brush, moving it in circular movements on each area of the face. A pause of the motor signals its time to move to another area of the face. The micro vibration head is also very useful but I have to say I don't use it as much as the other attachments. After cleansing it is useful to help moisturiser absorb into the skin. It vibrates gently on your skin and you can feel the increase in blood flow and it leaves your skin with a healthy looking glow. If I were to be picky I would say the only missed opportunity with the design of the unit is the power cord is not incorporated into the handy little base. The unit stands neatly in the circular base but when charging the unit it has to lay down flat. That said I am very pleased with this product as a whole and I will be buying the additional brushes too.

Face feels amazing!
4I was excited to receive the Braun face spa pro 911. The pouch is handy to keep everything in and the face spa charged up really quickly. The epilator was ok and I was a little nervous but used it near my brows. The facial toner was great when I used it with my night serum and made it easy to apply evenly. But the BEST this about the facial spa is the cleansing brush, it’s fantastic and my skin hasn’t felt this clean and refreshed in years!! It’s fab, so easy to clean,the bristles remain in perfect condition which I have found with other cleansing brushes isn’t always the case. I think I just need to be braver with the epilator!!

amazing and recommendable
5the battery lasts for a long time. the epilator accurately removes even small hairs. micro vibration headcooling greatly. cream is better absorbed. A cleaning brush is great for removing make-up residues. the skin becomes smooth. big plus are swivel heads. nice case. the only minus is the European charger.

Amazing product
5I have to say I just love Braun Facial Spa. I have had a few similar products in the past but this one is by far the best. It comes with three exchangeable heads, which means it doesn’t take up too much room. I wasn’t too sure about the micro vibration head at first as it felt like it wasn’t doing anything but after getting a better hang of it, it became a part of my daily routine. My favourite feature, however, is the timer. I initially thought the product was faulty as it kept stopping but then I worked out it stops every 20 seconds to let you know it’s time to move to a different area.

3I was really excited with this product, it has a compact and clean packaging. I am quite loyal to the Brand 'Braun' so this had high expectations to live up to. The spa kit includes 3 attachment heads which can easily be removed. First thing was to charge it up. Once charged, it was fairly hassle free. The epilator head does what it set out to do and handy for removing the less visible facial hairs. Next was the cleansing brush, which was is my favourite of all. It leaves skin feeling really clean and super soft. Handy for professional looking skin but at a fraction of the price and the comfort of your home. The micro vibration head is a good if you like to massage the skin, however I was it served less purpose for me. Overall I think it is a good gift and for me worth the price only because of the cleansing function. It combines many needs into one kit, which can be a bonus but also a disadvantage. The pouch is also very nice and luxury.
