Broken battery

Broke just after 12 months
[This review is part of a promotion]At first I was really impressed with this epilator, though the shaving head attachment was not very good. The epilator was able to pick up short hours, the flex head made underarms easier too. About 6 months ago, whilst using it, the rotating plate popped out whilst I was using it, and I had to fit this back in place. Today, the rotating plate has stopped turning, after looming inside the head, the cogs are worn and broken. Not what I'd expect when it's used every 2 weeks for the last 12 months

Absolute game changer
I had my previous epilator for 25 years, it’s was still in good working order but I realised that surely the design and comfort factors must have improved. I treated myself to this and what a brilliant device it is. So much less painful to use, it grabs every single hair and I can’t see any breakage either. Couldn’t be happier.

This Product is amazing!
I absolutely love this product! It’s so easy to use and it’s way better than shaving. I first tried it on my arms and then on my legs. It only hurts a little bit, but it’s worth it! Beauty is pain right? Plus it looks so nice and I love the color of the product. I love that it comes in a great packaging too. I definitely will use this all the time!

Home grooming at reasonable price
Silk-épil 9 Flex has been the answer to all of my body grooming needs, thanks to epilator's flexible head that follows the contours of the body for more precision, Micro-Grip tweezer technology, various heads for epilation, shaving and exfoliation, and clever Senso Smart indicator. And you can use this handy device on wet skin in the shower too. I used epilator head for sensitive skin and it was a quick and painless process leaving my legs smooth and soft for weeks.

The flexible head is the best feature
The best feature for me would be the flexible head which allows you to get to the most places and the shortest hair. It makes the not so great hair removal easy, quick and less painful. I also like the convenience of cable free use. The handle has a good grip, there is also a tiny light that shows you the tiniest hair when moving the epilator around. It's the first epilator I have ever used in the shower, fab! Have not used the shaver head as it's not my thing.

Silk-epil 9002 Wet and dry shaving made easy.
This is by far the best epilator i have tried.painless on every part of my body wet dryand no irritation.The handle is great to hold it has great grip even when wet and the flexibility from the head makes the awkward bits easy to do.to change the heads over was very simple and easy to do even when wet in the shower or bath I could do it with ease.this is great.i recieved the product from trnd UK for free to trial

Absolutely fabulous features
This epilator is absolutely amazing and would recommend it to anyone especially those who are just staring their epilator journey. It's so easy to use. The light on it helps you to make sure that you're doing a thorough job and not missing some of those smaller, easily missable hairs. The exfoliating attachments help to keep the skin in a excellent condition to continue with the epilating. The other attachment for more 'delicate' areas are easy to use and assemble.

Easy epilation
This is the easiest, most comfortable epilator I've ever used. The flexible head and elongated handle makes it easier to reach backs of legs etc, even if you have some limited range of movement like me. It's nice and light and the led light is very handy to make sure you don't miss abit. The epilator is fairly quiet and the battery life indicator is helpful. The two prong plug was a little annoying butonly because the socket in my bathroom is in a ridiculous place, a plug adaptor easily fixed

In love whit it
I am using epilator over 10 years now and I definitely can tell that this product is just amazing and has everything I need. The battery life lasted longer for me than 50 min so was very impressed whit that. The fully flexible head is just makes easier to get read of the hairs in the tricky areas. I do like to shave my leg after using epilator to have a fantastic result and now whit the epil 9 Flex I can definitely have the best result. "This review was collected as part of a promotion."
