The Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex has everything you need to epilate your skin efficiently. Firstly, exfoliate the area you want to epilate. The Flex 9100, like some of the other Silk-épil 9 Flex products, comes with a handy exfoliation brush. Next, apply the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex epilator to your skin. The product's SensoSmart™ technology will work out when you have applied just the right amount of pressure for epilation to be optimal and indicate this with a red light. Move your Silk-épil 9 over your skin and allow the microtweezers to remove your hair as the epilator passes over them. Do I need to shave before I use my Braun Series 9 Flex 9100?

No, you do not need to shave before using any epilator for women. Although the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex can remove even very short hairs, it won't be able to deal with any that have recently been shaved. Bathing or showering prior to an epilation session using a Series 9 Flex 9100 is a good idea, though. Bear in mind that using an epilator for hair removal is possible alongside parts of the body where you prefer to shave or using one of our IPL products. In short, you can choose how and when you want to remove your hair in a way that suits you, such as epilating your bikini line while shaving your legs, for instance. If so, the shaver head attachment which comes with the Braun Silk-épil Flex 9100 will be a useful addition.

How do I change the attachments my Series 9 Braun Silk-épil Flex 9100 epilator comes with?

All of the attachments that are supplied with the Braun Silk-épil Flex 9100 can be changed by hand without any special tools or equipment. Basically, all you need to do is to unclip the attachment you are currently using from its ergonomic handle and replace it with the one you want to use. Note that the Face Precision Cap and the Skin Contact Cap clip over the top of the main epilator head to help you direct your epilator's microtweezer exactly where you want them. Alternatively, consider our FaceSpa Pro range for cleansing, skin toning and epilating your face.

How do I clean my Braun Silk-épil Flex 9100 Series 9 epilator?

Because the Braun Silk-épil Flex 9100 Series 9 epilator is waterproof, it is easy to keep clean. Not only can you rinse it in the bath or shower as you epilate, but you can clean your Braun epilator easily when you have finished. Just rinse it and allow it to dry before stowing it in the supplied pouch ready for use the next time you need it.

Amazing one

Being a brown girl, I’ve always been too hairy. I have struggled with body hair a lot until I found this epilator. With Braun Silk epilator , I will never have to worry about it again. Overpriced for what you get

I was so excited to receive this after reading all the amazing reviews. It’s a gorgeous epilator. However, the bikini attachment is a bit of a joke. When attached there is no way for the tweezers to reach near your skin.. for the price I would’ve expected the attachments to be designed to be very efficient. Pretty disappointed, could’ve gotten something with more value for the money.. also all buttons (the release button and power button) are located so that you accidentally press them a lot.
