I thought it would at least sting but no. Fantastic little product, it deffinatly slows down the process of growing hair. I used this on my legs and was very surprised!

I've had my eye on one for some time.. being unsure if it works.. i can tell you it works amazing.. 10/10 .. lots to read and understand and the skin test is very important.. but after this using the device is so easy

How glad am I that I gave it a chance. I feel like I've unlocked a beauty secret that everyone needs to know. Years I've been shaving, waxing, experimenting with hair removal cream. None ever were practical or that efficient. My only negative comment is why didn't I try this sooner. Which isn't a reflection on the product, that's on me. My first impressions were good, slightly apprehensive but keen to start this journey. As the instructions indicated this is a process not a overnight fix. But in time it will be a simple and highly effective method for pretty much permanent, painless hair removal. It doesn't hurt. It feels warm but zero pain and its so quick. The ergonomics of the laser provide a really comfortable experience when using, zero strain and most importantly no hand ache. Very impressed it wasn't heavy. Love the little storage bag and I've now purchased the razors that a sample of was provided. It shaved so smoothly and clean it wasn't a burden. The multiple settings are good. So impressed that it analyses 'reads' my skintone to provide the best treatment. It's just so practical and quick. Knowing that each use slows down the hair growth providing me with larger time frames inbetween treatments is great. I can enjoy more in between and as it doesn't take long I'm happy to use it again,..goal is permanent hair removal. The instructions were clear which was reassuring. I have now noticed thinner, slower Greetham so can see its benefits and hope this just gets more beneficial with each use. I highly recommend this for all females. Don't work harder, work smarter.

I’d had a consultation at a local clinic for IPL treatment - but the cost & number of areas/repeat treatment needed made that totally prohibitive… I’d considered trying to do it myself but thought it would be too difficult for a ‘novice’ - how wrong I was!! It’s so simple. Firstly all the neat little hand held device needs is to be plugged in & it’s ready to go. You have to do a patch test & wait 48 hours. Shave and pat dry area to be treated. The Silk-expert mini assesses your skin tone and decides the right light intensity so you don’t have to - mine was ‘pink’ - high intensity for light skin tones. You then just hold the device so that the treatment window is in full contact with your skin and either press and hold treatment button & ‘glide’ (for large areas like legs) or ‘stamp’ press button and release and move to nxt area - repeat - for small unglideable areas. Job done! Feels warm to the touch on skin when button pressed but nothing uncomfortable. Repeat this weekly for 4-12 weeks until no more hair growth - then maintenance every month or so. I’ll be able to do all my areas of concern at a fraction of the salon cost. Why didn’t I get one of these years ago? If you’re sitting on the fence like I was - just give it a go. I’m a very satisfied customer indeed.

I’m pleased to say it does exactly as it says it’s does take weeks before you notice any real difference so be patient and make sure you keep it away from tattoos as it burns them and can make them blister that was entirely my fault for being too eager to test it out when it first arrived

I get rid of the hair for long time which is extremely comfortable, especially during the summer time. Only one thing, it’s a bit painful on the beginning but you can get use to it. Recommend!

I can’t wait to see the final results if it takes even months I would buy this again once this gives up

I had no reaction which was great, decided to try on my legs first, there was a slight warming sensation , but there was no irritation or redness. This process takes up to 12 weeks and not had it long enough to give full results, but so far happy to continue to see results. My daughter already asked to use when I have finished.

I have been looking for a solution to slow the growth of unwanted hair but nothing has worked . It finally worked thanks to Braun silk expert . I would highly recommend it.

I was apprehensive at first but the product has been fantastic. I've not experienced any discomfort at all, just a slightly warm sensation. I haven't noticed results yet but have only done it a couple of times, and it takes a little while for it to start working. It automatically reads your skin tone and adjusts power level to it. If the contact is not perfect it turns red to indicate it and doesn't work. It was a little bit fiddly to get good contact with my shin but I think it will get easier as I get more used to it. It comes in a surprisingly cute and soft storage bag. I love it!
