Unfortunately Braun FaceSpa is not the right product for me. I will start from the beginning. Braun FaceSpa comes in a marvellous box, which looks very prestigious. In the box I found a charger, stand, main part and three attachments for it: one for facial hair removal, a massage/cleansing head and a vibrating head. I was looking forward to trying everything! First of all, I needed to charge the main component of FaceSpa, but the charger had a European plug. Luckily I had an international socket in my bathroom, but wondered if everyone does, might be inconvenient for some. So anyway I charged it. As it was evening time, I decided to start with the epilator. I have never used anything like it before- my usual method, funny enough, is an old Braun tweezer spring. So on I went and enjoyed the process, but although the results were pretty decent, they weren't thorough enough and I still required using manual tweezers for a few hairs. The worst thing was however, that the following day the epilated area was full of spots. To be fair the manual (which comes in many different languages) does say that this is a possibility when using initially, so disclaimer was there. Also I will despite this try it again when I need to, hoping my skin will get used to it. The epilator comes with a little cleaning brush and the manual suggests you could dip in alcohol for thorough cleaning. I didn't find the process painful at all. Then we have the brush. The purpose of it is to cleanse and massage skin. It can be used wet or dry. I must say I really don't see the need for such product to exist! It can't substitute washing your face as you can't use it on your eyes for example. So am I meant to remove my make-up and then cleanse again? Why? Even in the morning, I'm certain most people need to rinse their eyes. As for the massage aspect, yes, purely for that it's nice to massage your face with it but I really have no need to, as I would be doing it myself it's not like I can relax, in the Spa sense... The brush head can be washed. The last part in the set is a vibrating head to be attached to the main part. The purpose of it is to apply products to your face and neck. It really didn't do anything for me. I dabbled night and day cream on my face then spread it with the microvibration head and I have no idea how this is of any benefit for me plus I don't enjoy the sensation of the metal head on my skin. The vibration head can be wiped clean. So, all in all, I came to the conclusion that the last two heads have been added to justify the price of the product, but the epilator alone would definitely be satisfactory on its own, particularly if its power is increased by the brand.

So, the basic principle is great. But. If you're considering buying this for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome issues then you may struggle. The far scrubber is excellent and leaves your skin baby smooth. The epilator part however, is small and doesn't actually work on short/mid thick facial hair. I struggle with PCOS and that obviously comes with the facial hair that's the standard. I usually shave so the hair is short and I wouldn't feel happy leaving it to grow long enough for this machine to test it, although it struggles with the thicker ones so I imagine length may not be the only issue. The feel and look is amazing. It looks classy and feels good in the hand. It's easy to use and change the various heads. Overall it's good but could do with a tweak for those of us who can grow a proper man beard!

Its amaizing for my face skin! Clean my face pore, and i remove my long eyebrown hairs! My face skin is very sensitive and i can use everythink what i want but whit BRAUN FACESPA PRO its help leave my face clean and fresh. I sametime lazy clean my make up after long and hard day, but now my face cleaning is easy and nice. Love it!!!!

I like this product , l was a bit worried that the epilator would hurt but not. The epilator can rotate both ways depending and which direction you are using it. Face brush made my skin feel very soft and smooth. I'd love to try a product that could do more that one things and help me with my hair growth and cleanse at the same time! Good overall product, would recommend!!!

In my opinion this is an essential item for every woman. The epilator is very precise and removes even the shortest hair. The cleansing brush is very gentle for your skin. I love using it with my facial wash. I use the Microvibration head to apply my eye cream and to massage my face . With this device I will save money by not needing to go to the beautician.

If you do not have money to go to expensive Spa, here is the perfect product for you Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator 3in1. It is amazing, because the epilator head removes all the small hair and I can do it daily. Easy to do it and it is not painful and extremely effective. There is a brush head to clean the skin and wash the face. And also a MicroVibration head which is amazing, because it gives massage to the face and it it so nice, also it has timings, so can change when it makes the noise and it makes the skin more radiant and works the cream into the skin. I do this everyday and I find it very easy, it help me with my skin care routine and make me feel relaxed. It has a charger, but the battery last long and it does not have a cable, when you use it. Comes with a high quality bag, I put everything inside and if I need to go somewhere for some days, I just take the bag with me. I would highly recommend it. I am a busy Mum and have no time to myself or go to Spa, but I can do a bit everyday and Braun helps me to improve my skin. Thank you,
