I was interested in using this product, as I am trying to use a less abrasive exfoliating product than traditional face scrubs. First impressions were great, the product is very attractively packaged, it looks sleek and feminine, and comes with a handy pouch to store the heads in. The plug is the 2 pin version but doesn't come with a 3 pin adapter (the type you get on bathroom socket) so I had to use my toothbrush charger to charge up the device. I used the cleansing brush first. The bristles are soft to medium firmness, so very little pressure is required. I really enjoyed using the cleansing brush head and my skin felt clean and revitalised. Secondly I used the micro vibration head. I found this head really made my skin glow and was great to use before makeup. It evened out my skin tone and brought colour to my cheeks. Finally I used the epilator on my top lip. I generally find epilating quite painful, but this was only minimal, although I don't have a lot of facial hair. Overall the product is attractive, simple to use, and the stand is helpful as a reminder to follow a skin regime for me as it is on display on my bathroom self. I would recommend this product for reliability and ease of use.

Braun FaceSpa Pro After working two 12.5 hour shifts back to back I decided to try out the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 on my day off, for a bit of pampering ‘me time’. Firstly I unpackaged the stylish looking box with the rose gold design and was pleasantly surprised at how elegant the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 looked. I charged it for just over and hour, the charging light indicated it was fully charged. I began with using the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator. I used it to shape my eyebrows. It was so easy to use as the direction could be adjusted depending on which eye was being shaped with the simple push of a button. It managed to get even the tiniest and fairest of my eyebrows which I struggle to remove myself with tweezers. The whole process took no more than about a minute! Once finished I quickly cleaned the epilator head using the small cleaning brush and replaced the gorgeous rose gold cap. Next I popped the cleansing brush head on the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 and wet my face with water and my usual face wash product. The instructions explained to work around the face in 3 sections (forehead, and both cheeks). The cleansing brush had lovely soft bristles that gently massaged the face, and the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 gently pulsated, after about 20 seconds, when it was time to move on to the next area. I must admit I did go back over the sections again as it was such a lovely feeling. This can be used both wet and dry, I have only tested it wet so far. To clean this head I took it off and ran it under warm water and left it to drain. Lastly I used my normal face cream with the MicroVibration head. It’s metal surface had a lovely cooling feel to it when it was pulsating on my face. There were two settings to give an intensive massage. I started with the most powerful setting first and finished with the more gentle massage. Again each area of the face, was given a 20 second massage before moving onto the next. To clean this head I took a soft cloth and gently rubbed off any excess cream. Once each of the accessories was clean and dry I was able to store them all in the gorgeous pouch and put the Braun FaceSpa Pro 911, in its stand on my bathroom shelf. As I sit here typing this review, my face feels like it has had a wonderful pampering experience, as do I and I am looking forward to tomorrow when I can experience it all over again. I will be making it part of my daily routine as it is simple to use and looks so elegant on my bathroom shelf when not being used (to make my family and friends jealous!).

Before I have started using my Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 I have seen previous Braun model online, in magazines and in shops and I must say I was very sceptic. "Another expensive gadget that probably doesn't work as described, but I fancy using it once or twice and then having it in dusting on the self in my bathroom" - this thought was stuck in my head for months looking at similar products, but in the end I have decided not to buy one. If only I knew back then how much I was wrong... I have tried the facial epilator first to remove embarrassing darker hair just under my lips. This was always difficult and time consuming trying to catch individual hair. I have even thought about waxing it or signing for laser removal. Then I have discovered Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 Epilator - 30 seconds and I can proudly look in the mirror. Due to speed 99% of hair removed in absolutely painless way. There is no comparison to manual hair removal using classic forceps - considering pain level, time saved and accuracy. Satisfied with the above I have immediately moved to eyebrows and I have never had that smooth skin under my eyebrow line. Even so the facial epilation around eyebrows is more painful than anywhere else on the face you still cannot talk about pain or discomfort what you experience using forceps. Very little skin redness after treatment is not affecting the impressions at all. My only disappointment was the tip of the epilator which makes it a bit difficult to use it for creating nice eyebrow shape and I would possibly look at improvement here. Next day I have tried Cleansing brush head and I must say this had surprised me a lot. I was expecting it to be very uncomfortable but it is very soft, giving you very gentle face massage while cleaning and so it made a face cleaning my daily ritual now. I use it twice a day and after my 1st week I can see that my skin is getting its radiance back, black spots are reduced and there is less dryness on my nose and forehead (most likely due to preparing my skin properly to absorb applied cosmetics). Cleaning head in combination with MicroVibration head that gently massages the cream into the skin relaxes and leaves skin very soft. It reminds me of the professional spa treatments and finally I do not forget about face cleaning and moisturising which I did a lot in the past. The whole kit comes with Bronze epilator cap which gives it very stylish and modern finish, stand to be able to store the epilator on the shelf, very lovely pouch for remaining of accessories and small cleaning brush. I Will highly recommend to buy this for yourself, especially if you cannot motivate yourself to deep cleaning your face and taking care of it the way it deserves. This is absolute MUST HAVE for any woman who for relatively low cost want to take care of herself at home spa!

“What would I want to know before I get this product?" - I would wanna know how powerful is epilator, will it remove very week light care & if i leaves redness on your skin. I guess same applies to Cleanser. My personal opinion, this product is spot on, does what it says. Its my dream product. My skin feels absolutely delighted, it cleanses & moisturises so well, i can feel the difference & already. And Micro epilator its bonus, doesn`t irritates skin & feels so smooth & after. Thank you for letting me be part of such a happy tester & now owner of such a wonderful product. Highly recommend to everyone. Worth every penny.

Braun FaceSpa PRO is what I always wanted to have. When I opened the box and checked what is inside ( everything was included as it was supposed to be, even instruction in few languages) I was positively suprised by its elegant look. I wanted to use it straight away, but I needed to change it first, which didn't take long anyway. Epilator removes even the smallest hair, I would recommend to use it at night, before sleep, just in case get red spots, which are completely gone in the morning. The brush for cleaning I used first with face gel and later with face scrub, peeling felt very nice. MicroVibration head I used with cream and was pleasantly suprised by massage and how lightly the cream was spread. My face after using Braun FaceSpa PRO was smooth, after hair removal, well cleansed and hydrated. The cleaning of this product and care is very simple , and all described in manual. I would strongly recommend this product for home used.

First off, I really like this device overall. I’ve been using it for about a week and my skin feels extra clean, soft and supple. The brush head is great for deep cleansing the skin, especially if you wear a lot of makeup like I do! The MicroVibration head is a great addition to my liquid skincare routine, although it did take a little bit of practice to get the right technique. The epilator attachment was what impressed me the least, it is quite difficult to get the angle right and doesn’t quite catch the shorter hairs, but it still does the job. The product looks great, it’s very sleek and the rose gold colour is bang on trend. It is, however, a little odd that the product can not be charged up in its holder. Also, you will need an shaver adapter plug to use the product. But overall, a great addition to my skincare routine!

So....this might be the most excited I have been about a product for a while! A mini epilator for those pesky, awkward face hairs that no one wants, the opportunity for a deep cleanse and a lovely massaging head for deep moisturising...all in one! So far my favourite is the cleansing head. I can genuinely see a glow to my skin that wasn't there before. The cleaner is more effective and there are fewer blackheads on my nose! All good. The epilator is doing its job and is not painful at all. I want to give the massaging head a little longer before I pass judgment. The only negative for me is the total lack of instructions with the machine. I am not sure about timings or how often to change the cleansing head. In all this is a fabulous addition to any woman's tool kit!

Having recently tried this product I am thoroughly impressed with it. I'm not usually one for a huge cleansing/pamper routine but with several upcoming weddings in the family I thought "why not try something new?" Upper lip hair is the bane of many women's lives and there are several ways to deal with it. Having tried several I can easily say epilation, while pretty painful, is a great solution. And having this specifically designed facial epilator is a life saver. The instructions were easy to understand leading to a smooth process and a smooth upper lip! The cleansing brush head does exactly what it says on the tin. I used it with a cleansing cream and my skin was left feeling fresh and soft. Also has the added benefit of saving waste, no more using multiple cotton wool pads every night. Overall I can say I am very happy with this product, it's made a somewhat arduous process a lot smoother and more efficient. I would definitely recommend!

I tried the braun facespa pro 911 last night for the first time and what can I say - I started with the epilator and although it did hurt on my upper lip, afterwards my skin was so soft and smooth it really did get every little hair. While I was impressed with how much hair it removes I still had to use tweezers to get the underneath of my eyebrows as the epilator was just to powerful and it can kick back a bit if it suddenly hits a hair so I was afraid of it kicking and taking a chunk out of my eyebrow lol I then used the cleansing brush head and I was disgusted at how much dirt it took off my face, I only thought my face was clean until I saw the colour of the brush after a few minutes of cleaning. I don’t think I’ll be using anything else to clean my face for the foreseeable after seeing how throughly the brush removed dirt and grime. After the cleansing brush I used the vibration head, while it was mildly relaxing I felt this head was the least impressive as I didn’t feel or see any benefits so far but perhaps with a few more uses my opinion may change.

Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 is one of the best face cleansing brushed I ever had. Gently(it is important I have sensitive skin) remove all my make up. It leaves my skin fresh and clean. When it comes to face massage the vibration head is perfect. You can choose from four different settings ,it depends on your needs. It is good for relaxing face massage or stronger wake me up massage or even for gently applying the night cream. The extra slim epilator head allows you to precisely remove facial hair. The Braun Face spa is 100% waterproof so you can safely use it under the shower.
