Upon opening, I charged the unit for 2 hours. I had grew the hairs on my legs while awaiting delivery of the epilator but upon reading the manual for easier epilation & for more comfort the hair should be between 0.5-3mm. So first test was the added shaver head with the trimmer comb attached, was super easy, glided effortlessly across the skin to trim hairs, no catching or snagging. Next epilation...OUCH! I tested small area around the bottom of my leg with the massage roller cap attached, again it's so easy to use but was sore, not as painful as the one I tried years ago. As the time has gone on, it says as a beginner to use weekly but I've done a bit more every other day to increase the area & I'm finding it's getting easier & less painful as I'm getting used to it. Overall the effectiveness will be good as I can see already a difference with the hair growth. I love that there's the extra attachments & the shaver included & it can be used wet or dry. Cleaning the unit is simple, click of the button to remove the head & also a brush included to remove loose hairs. Also comes with a lovely peachy coloured storage bag which holds all of it together, great for travelling.

It has safety features which are important I am not afraid I will get a cut like with hand shavers. The different speeds are handy for those sensitive areas. My legs felt so smooth after much better than standard shavers. The hair is also growing back very slowly which makes a massive difference. I’ve used it in the shower as well which I found the easiest

Came in a very nice box containing all the essential components that I can switch up whenever I want to shave/trim/epilate. I love the flexible head allowing easy use and it’s super gentle on my skin! Definitely something I would invest in again.

It's quite powerful and quick so any discomfort (yeah there is a little! ) is short lived. It's very effective on legs and underarms. It leaves your skin hair free and soft. It comes with a changeable head for more delicate areas and a charger. All put together in a lovely pinky pouch. You can easily take it with you anywhere.

This is the first epilator I have used. The device looks great and comes with a nice shower bag. The device only comes with a 2 pin plug. The epilator was nice and felt good quality and well designed. I thought it was pretty tame. I did get a few red patches in some areas, but they faded after about thirty minutes and I admit, I was a bit tender for a few minutes after, but really that was it. I don't know if that's thanks to this particular device, or if all epilators are like this, but this one at least did not get to uncomfortable at all. The battery seems to last well, you shouldn’t have to charge it after every use, which is handy. The flex head works really well, and to be honest, almost essential. I'm not sure others without a flexible head would be nearly as comfortable. Overall, a good experience. The results are definitely worth the relatively small amount of discomfort and I actually thought using this was far less painful than any waxing I've done in the past. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I hurt a little at first but then when I got used to to using it it didn’t. Definitely worth the money for this device. I’ll never go back to shaving again! And I live the little travel case that comes with it

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (coupon, discount, free sample, sweepstakes, contest with raffle etc).] So I was super apprehensive about this product having heard stories of people finding it very uncomfortable,I grew out me legs while waiting for this product to give it a fair review,I’m not super hairy and have fine sparse leg hair but I tried it and yes it’s a little uncomfortable when you first start but after a few strokes I got used to it and didn’t mind it at all.i did both legs in around 5 minutes and it left them very smooth and soft and I will for sure be using it every time over shaving from now on.As for any other area (bikini area) now that scares me a little more and will maybe need a build up for that one but for the job it’s meant to do it’s a great product,bonus having the extra attachments so you can also shave normally if not ready for the full experience.It comes with a lovely little case and the charging cable but I would advise anyone to buy a shaving plug adapter as it doesn’t come with one.

Firstly its 360 flex is amazing. It reaches all the tricky areas of the body without any problem. It has a light which helps see all the small yellow hairs which are there, which you would miss if it didn’t. The head it’s very easy to change from epilator to shaver. It’s waterproof so can be easily taken to the shower but my personal preferences is dry use. I have already recommended to my friends as it’s the best I have tried so far. Please note this model came with a EU plug which for me wasn’t a problem but keep in mind.

Suitable for both wet and dry and manages all areas such as legs, bikini and under arms. Keeps you hair free for up to 4 weeks. There is a learning curve with using it as it can be uncomfortable until you get used to using it, this will subside over time. Really impressed with the quality and packs away neatly in its carry case
