I’ve been using it now for a few weeks to shape up my beard and to trim it down and it’s amazing. It’s waterproof too so I didn’t need to worry about getting it wet when I was using it after my shower as I find it easier to cut my facial hair after I’ve been in the shower to bring the hair follicles to the surface. The battery life is also great it lasted me the month after using it every couple of days. I’m interested in the lifetime ultra sharp metal blade as you know many blades go blunt after a while and start pulling at the hairs so I would be interested to see if this actually does stay ultra sharp. It’s very easy to clean and it also comes with a brush to assist in that which is also a handy little addition. With me using this mostly for shaping up my beard the beard stencil comes in very handy to get the shape I want too. Over all I’m really happy with this and will be recommending it to my friends and family members with beards.

It feels great to hold in your hand and is the right shape to easily manoeuvre whilst shaving. The blade is metal which gives extra confidence of a close consistent shave and I can confirm it is definitely sharp. Charging the trimmer was super quick thanks to the lithium battery. In terms of shave there are so many options and lengths you can choose which can be adjusted by a small turn of the dial. There are also tools for detailing, edging and clean shaving which covers all bases. I’m particularly impressed by the range of precise cutting lengths which makes it versatile and that I can get as low as 0.25mm if I want to trim my stubble right back. It comes with a handy travel pouch and charging stand which makes it easy to take care of the trimmer at all times. This trimmer beats all I have owned and tried so far!

I was really looking forward to using this as I've never had an electric razer that was expensive and as good as this. It takes a while to charge and doesn't keep charged for long when in use. I used the various heads for my face and I also trimmed my legs and buttock cheek. I noticed loads of misses hairs on my face with the circular head it didn't get them all but made the ones it got super smooth. As for my legs it missed loads of hair and my cheek well I went in various directions and it didn't get them all it didn't run over my skin very smooth. It's okay but I'm still l9oking for something better.

This Braun Series 9 Beard Trimmer tops them all! I’ve used this pretty much daily for the last week and I’ve yet to see the battery indicator reduce - WOW! Previously I’d be charging every day/second day. The unit itself feels like and sturdy - it has a good weight to it which makes it feel like a quality product. The enclosed attachments satisfy all my shaving requirements. In particular, the contour blade just feels great! Super smooth, no tugging and generally providing a really nice shave. I’ve not the opportunity to take this product on the move such as a holiday, but the carry case is very welcome and again, just feels nice. A brilliant product for anyone that needs a reliable; versatile and quality product that just does a great job.

Only gripe is the case is for the shave body only, you will need a separate container for all of the other attachments.A comprehensive beard and hair trimmer which is easy to use and holds it's charge for a long time

It charged up from flat to fully charged in no time at all, within a couple of hours it was ready to go. It also holds the charge well, lasting quite a while. It is really quiet and this helps as I usually need to wait until the kids are asleep before I get time to groom. All the adaptors are brilliant and so easy to switch between, they can all be cleaned easily too as a quick rinse under the tap does the trick. The micro adjuster is really easy to use and also has a lock on It to prevent It from being changed mid shave. The two speeds are good for either all out shaving or for the more intricate cuts. It gives a good even cut, there was no snagging or pulling of any hairs. I will definitely be using this from now on as my main beard trimmer.
