I was really looking forward to using this as I've never had an electric razer that was expensive and as good as this. It takes a while to charge and doesn't keep charged for long when in use. I used the various heads for my face and I also trimmed my legs and buttock cheek. I noticed loads of misses hairs on my face with the circular head it didn't get them all but made the ones it got super smooth. As for my legs it missed loads of hair and my cheek well I went in various directions and it didn't get them all it didn't run over my skin very smooth. It's okay but I'm still l9oking for something better.

This Braun Series 9 Beard Trimmer tops them all! I’ve used this pretty much daily for the last week and I’ve yet to see the battery indicator reduce - WOW! Previously I’d be charging every day/second day. The unit itself feels like and sturdy - it has a good weight to it which makes it feel like a quality product. The enclosed attachments satisfy all my shaving requirements. In particular, the contour blade just feels great! Super smooth, no tugging and generally providing a really nice shave. I’ve not the opportunity to take this product on the move such as a holiday, but the carry case is very welcome and again, just feels nice. It charged up from flat to fully charged in no time at all, within a couple of hours it was ready to go. It also holds the charge well, lasting quite a while. It is really quiet and this helps as I usually need to wait until the kids are asleep before I get time to groom. All the adaptors are brilliant and so easy to switch between, they can all be cleaned easily too as a quick rinse under the tap does the trick. The micro adjuster is really easy to use and also has a lock on It to prevent It from being changed mid shave. The two speeds are good for either all out shaving or for the more intricate cuts. It gives a good even cut, there was no snagging or pulling of any hairs. I will definitely be using this from now on as my main beard trimmer.
