Hello. I bought the Braun Beard Trimmer Series 9 BT9560 as a gift for my boyfriend. When it arrived, I was surprised to find that it comes with a UK bathroom shaver plug rather than a standard UK 3-pin plug. This type of socket is sometimes found in bathrooms, but not every house in the UK has one. My boyfriend’s house does not have a shaver socket, so he cannot charge the trimmer without buying an additional adapter. I think this should be made much clearer in the product description and ideally shown in one of the product photos. For an expensive premium trimmer, customers should know in advance what type of plug is included. The trimmer itself looks very good, but this was disappointing and inconvenient.

My trimmer arrived with the UK bathroom two pin plug, it would have been helpful to specify that in the product description and be able to choose the plug I need.

My wife brought me the series 9 beard trimmer for Xmas. I've used it twice and both times it snags my stubble. I use the setting on 5 both times with 1 week in-between trims. I used it both on normal power and high power but no change. Maybe its broke or is it just bad.
