I don't understand the negative reviews on here for this shaver and included kit. I've never had a closer shave from an electric shaver, there is no spillage during shaving, and the Smartcare center makes cleaning incredibly easy. I've been using the shaver 3-times a week for 6 weeks now and there has been no degradation in the closeness of the shave during that period. Yes, it's expensive, but I'm getting wet shave-like results without any of the hassle.

I have a seres 9 pro, I don’t use it because I can’t get a good shave with it even per chased a new head no better So I can’t recommend it I have had every shaver from Braun but won’t use any more customer service were not interested just said must be the head but it’s not bad choice of shaver but very expensive

The worst, S9 Pro, this shaver is a shameful piece of engineering. Sheds cuttings over your clothes without effective retention. Advised to maintain by cleaning (which is difficult) after every shave. Braun should be ashamed. Bought as a xmas present, so disappointed. Complaints directed to a BOT.

I can't fault this shaver. I've owned it for a few weeks now and can honestly say it's the best shaver I've used. Was sceptical at first as not used a foil shaver since my teens. Previously owned the Philips i7000 and the Braun excels it in every way. Closeness of the shave is excellent and takes half the time. Battery life is excellent. Very pleased with my purchase and got it at a great price.
