Buyer beware with the Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex 9100! 🚨 I invested in this, thinking I’d get the promised 50 minutes of cordless runtime. Instead, it lasts exactly 5 minutes before dying. After dealing with technical support five different times and sending it for repairs, their team basically told me to deal with it and that the device is "fine." A premium product should actually work for longer than a quick touch-up. Extremely frustrated with the lack of customer care.
