[This review was submitted after receiving a free sample]. Let's start with the good bits. This shaver is not only easy to use, but the self cleaning pod makes maintenance so simple! I usually give up cleaning shavers after a while because it feels like a losing battle. I also find that the shave is the closest I have had from an electric shaver. Obviously not as good as a wet shave with a blade, but still great! The only negative, is I would have thought it would perform better given the price tag. Not to say it isn't a great shaver, but sometimes I have to go back over areas several times before it actually shaves the hair off. I suppose this is unavoidable, but considering the price I was expecting a bit more. All in all, the best electric shaver money can buy

[This review was submitted after receiving a free sample]. I've been using this Braun Nevo shaver for a month now and I've never been more impressed by a piece of tech. This is an amazing all-round grooming kit which performs excellent. This provides a close and comfortable shave whilst still being very gentle on the skin. I also love that mini precision tool attached to the body of the shaver for more exact trimming. The battery life of the shaver itself it's more than impressive + it comes with its travel power case / bank which is very very smart. I've been keeping mine in the power case all the time, so this works even if you're not travelling. I like that it provides information on the digital screen and even though it's an impressive piece of kit, it doesn't weigh a lot which is also a plus. It's also pretty quiet with minimal vibrations. It also comes with its own cleaning station which is also nice to have as it saves you the hassle. Overall, this is an amazing piece of kit that was really needed in the men home shaving world and I'm glad that Braun came out with such a product. Definitely recommend buying this.

[This review was submitted after receiving a free sample]. I have been using this Braun shaver for a few weeks now, and it has completely ruined regular razors for me. The shaving closeness is unbelievable. It glides over my neck and jawline without any pulling, and the comfort is a total game changer for my sensitive skin. The automatic charging and cleaning station is brilliant. I just pop the shaver in after use and it completely sanitises, lubricates, dries and charges it. Every morning it feels like I'm using a brand new shaver. The builtin smart display is also incredibly handy. It automatically tracks when the blades need cleaning and gives real time guidance right on the handle. For trips, the travel case is amazing, because it has a built in battery that keeps the shaver charged for up to weeks without needing to pack the charging chord. It also runs with a very smooth, low humming noise that is not reasonably quieter than older models. The only minor catch is that it comes with a two pin charger rather than a standard UK 3 pin plug. It's no issue for me at all since I just use my bathroom shaver socket, but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it's a fantastic, premium shaver that is worth every penny.

Really easy to use. Very easy to clean. I will be using this as my only shaver from now on! Great bit of kit - can easily take on holiday too as the case is great. Very comfortable to use, and gave me a great shave.

It gave me a fantastic close shave and didn't leave me with any shaver burn. Putting the shaver into the cleaner at the end of the shave to clean and charge is great and save time and mess.

When I got to try this razor I thought what can they do to make it any better than other razors then I opened the box at first sight you can see that this is pure luxury just holding the razor in your hand feels like quality its sleek design the movement of the blade is all amazing I really can't believe how smooth this is to shave with and I have tried many different razors in the past this glides a cross you face with no irritation, no pulling just to completely smooth experience I can't believe how close it gets without damaging your skin Now the case is with really blows my mind not only is it a well built case but it is also a charger so when travelling no need to plug it in to charge just pop it back in the case and charge it up the only downside is that the case is heavier than a standard case but as you don't need any charging cables or plugs, it's much more convenient The cleaning dock makes it easy to clean And can charge at the same time i think the NEVO is the best razor i have ever experienced

One of the best features I love about this shaver is the cleaning and charging dock it comes with. So easy to use and makes maintenance super easy! It cleans and dries the shaver while charging it. Also this item comes with a travel power case which is also brilliant. The shaver itself is really luxurious, great grip and feels like it's made from great material. The shaver also tells you the battery level and if it needs cleaning on the screen on the body. Overall I'm very impressed!

[This review was submitted after receiving a free sample]. The build quality on this shaver is very good. The stainless steel body looks and feels high end and is very sturdy. It feels solid in the hand and has a good weight to it. It does feel like it's built to last for years. The accessories are great. The travel case is nice and doubles up as a charger, which is really useful as I travel often. It also includes a docking station which cleans and charges the shaver automatically, and you just add a cleaning solution capsule when needed, which I think the manual says lasts around 1 month. I also really liked the small screen on the shaver itself, which lets you know when it needs a clean, shows battery percentage and has a cool animation when turning on and off.`a Compared to manual shaving with a razor, I found this caused a lot less irritation. However...I looked up the RRP after testing it, and at around £839.99, this is a serious amount of money for a shaver. For that price tag, I had expected the performance to be at a completely different level to budget electric razors, but I don't think it was. I've previously used cheap electric razors around the £50 mark, and the shave quality using this wasn't too much better. It took several passes to get a reasonably close shave, and even then, it still didn't match up to a manual razor in terms of closeness. A handful of stray hairs consistently got missed, meaning I had to go back over them with a manual razor to finish the shave. The pop-up detailer was another letdown for me. It felt a bit clunky to use, and like the main shaver, I couldn't get a sharp, clean edge around my beard and stubble line, so I always resorted to using the manual razor. This razor is well built and really looks great with the stainless steel, but the shaving performance itself doesn't feel proportionate to the almost £840 price tag.
