- Remove your old shaver head in one easy motion.
- Click your new Braun shaver head into place to reset your shaver to new.

Als LieferAdresse hatte ich eine DHL-Packstation angegeben, die wurde nicht reklamiert und mit "Hermes" wurde dann ergebnislos an die DHL-Packstation geliefert und dann ging die Ware zurück. 2. Meine Versuche mit Braun Kontakt aufzunehmen, scheiterten bislang alle, weil die E-Mail-Adressen von Braun als ungültig erkannt wurden. Ja, was ist denn das für eine Organisation? 3. Bitte liefern Sie die Ware endlich an, und zwar über nun Hermes an den Hermes PaketShop in Köln, Breite Str. 36 ---- So eine Katastrophe, ich habe mich maßlos geärgert, insbesondere wegen der ungültigen E-Mail-Adressen, die ein insgesamt unseriöses, fast betrügerisches Bild aufkommen lassen. Das sollten Sie vermeiden, um der Marke Braun nicht weiter zu schaden.

[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Ich habe mich erst mal beraten lassen, welcher Scherkopf der richtige für meinen Rasierer ist. Das ging schnell, und die Antwort war kompetent. Dann habe ich bestellt. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit war das Paket da. Der neue Scherkopf läuft einwandfrei, wie ich es von Braun erwarte. Top!

[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Der Rasiereraufsatz ist ok, aber die Lieferzeiten sind unmöglich! Ich musste 14 Tage warten bis der aufsatz geliefert wurde! Wenn ich bei Amazon bestelle kommt der Aufsatz innerhalb von 2 Tagen und ist dazu auch noch GÜNSTIGER! Mein Fazit ich werde demnächst woanders bestellen, Braun hat NICHT ÜBERZEUGT. Kundenservice ist auch kein guter vorhanden und da fragen sich die guten Deutschen Firmen warum Ihnen die Kunden weglaufen! Ein Tipp für den Vorstand, BESTELLT MAL WAS ANONYM UND SEHT WAS PASSIERT UND DANN RUFT EUERN KUNDENSERVICE AN DANN WERDEN SIE SEHEN WIE EURE KUNDEN BEHANDELT WERDEN!Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Great value for money
At under £35 a great little shaver which has so far lasted 18 months without any problems. I’m surprised the replacement foil is 2/3 cost of complete razor, but even taking that into account it still wins on price. I’m very happy with mine.
