Although it is not advisable to epilate on broken skin - just as it would not be sensible to wax or shave parts of your body where your skin isn't fully intact - this product is suitable for use on the legs, arms and underarms. If you have established tattoos - ones that aren't very recent - then you can proceed. If you have moles that stick out, then exercise greater caution but moles that are flush with the skin can be epilated as usual.
