[Review from Braun DE: German Review] Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich mir dieses Produkt kaufe. Letztendlich wollte ich gerne meine Gesichtshärchen in den Griff bekommen und dachte, dass eine Bürste und ein Massage-Aufsatz sicherlich nicht falsch sein können. Ich wurde enttäuscht. Der Epilieren ist gut und tut seinen Dienst. Wobei ich manchmal nicht vermag zu definieren, ob die Haare gezogen oder abgebrochen werden. Der Massage-Aufsatz ist nicht gut und/oder hilfreich. Das Teil vibriert und sobald es Kontakt zur Haut hat / ein wenig Gegendruck, dann merkt man rein gar nichts. Da ist das leichte Klopfen mit den Fingern ganz sicher effektiver. Der Bürsten-Aufsatz gefällt mir so gar nicht. Die Borsten sind so weich, dass sie bei Kontakt mit der Haut einfach Wegbiegen. Ich habe empfindliche Haut... ich habe Erfahrungen mit Gesichtsbürsten, aber auch hier muss ich sagen, nein: nicht zu empfehlen.Gerne hätte ich die 100 Tage Rückgabe-Garantie genutzt und habe auch angefangen, aber das war mir alles zu kompliziert, zu umfangreich, nicht einfach und vor allen Dingen wurde geschrieben, dass die Erstattung bis zu - waren es 6 Monate? - dauern könnte. Ich habe das Teil nun behalten. Mein Fazit: Ich bestelle nie wieder bei Braun direkt - sollte ich mich nochmals für ein Braungerät entscheiden. Es tut mir leid, aber ich werden dann Amazon nutzen. Da ist die Rückgabe und Erstattung kein Problem und mit keinem administrativen Aufwand und langer Wartezeit verbunden. Ich hatte mich bewußt für eine Direkt-Bestellung entschieden um den Hersteller zu unterstützen, aber in diesem Fall war es definitiv das letzte Mal.
