I started using this product a few days ago. Currently I wet shave 2-3 times a week as I work from home. I used to have an electric shaver many years ago so I was keen to see how the technology had developed. As I unboxed it, everything I expected to see was there plus a nice travel case

Whilst it still isn’t a really close shave I think it’s as good as you will ever get from electric. It is really easy to set up and the docking/cleaning station is superb. The display is simple although the box is a little misleading and shows what appears to be an LCD display.

Compared to previous shavers it gives me much better shave. My skin is less irritated, no need to use much pressure. Its quicker and gives a smoother shave, which i thought was unobtainable. Its reduced my shaving time. Its quite loud. Cleaning base and charger are big, taking a lot of space in bathroom. Maintenance will require regular expenditure. I have wet shaved for over 20 years, currently using one of the top brands to shave with 3 times a week and was wanting to try a dry electric razor when i had the chance to review this machine. My 1st shave with this razor I had 4 days of stubble and this razor coped with it with ease! I was shocked at just how good it was. Since then I have used it with shaving foam instead in the shower ! The moveable head really moves and molds to my face. Even when multiple passes were made it glided over without any irritation. But it took far to long to do what it was intended. It was almost 15 mins to shave to remove 90% of my facial hair which was at 2 weeks growth. It kept skipping hairs which required me to go over and over and I got frustrated with it. I have previously been a user of electric shavers and haven’t really got on too well with them, either the shave has been rubbish or they have left my face sore. But.....This is different!! The shave is really good, we aren’t talking a wet shave here but still a good close shave. I got this product out of the box it looks fantastic, I'm impressed with the travel case for when I'm away.I had used a wet shaver for about 25 years and before that I used an electric one.So lets try this bad boy out, I was very impressed with how close the shave was and how much shavers have advanced over the years.The swivel head and lock feature work well to shave all the contours of my face, the trimmer feature works well.This review was collected as part of a promotion
