So far, I've used it twice on my legs. I haven't noticed too much of a difference yet, but will continue to use it to see how it goes! I shaved and moisturized before and after each use so I didn't get much irratation, it dies still a bit feels like an elastic band hitting the skin but after a few uses I'm now used to it. After using a few times I have really noticed a difference in hair growth it's very minimal. I could liturly smell the hair being burnt. I love all 3 attachments each one is for different parts of the body and I love it came with a decent razor so I could shave before using

I don't even look twice at 'at home' devices because they always say it's not for me. For reference I'm 5 on the Fitzpatrick scale. This Silk expert actually works on my skin! It senses your skin tone and adjusts. I leave it on the lowest setting for sensitive skin. It's brilliant I'm so happy with it.

It has very detailed instructions that are easy to follow, Once set up it was very easy to use and light to hold it gently glided over my skin, i found after only a couple of treatments using it that I could see a big difference with my hair growth I suffer with pcos so my hair re growth is usually days and so far day four and no re growth yet I feel this is much less harsh on my skin I have no razor bumps and I don’t feel uncomfortable after, I would absolutely recommend this product!

Razor included because you have to remove hair before treating the area. 3 head sizes for small, medium and larger areas. Plugs into the mains and has a good long lead. Easy to hold and press the button at the same time. I treated my upper lip and chin using the sensitive button, just felt a warmth and didn’t have any redness or sensitivity. I used on my underarms and did feel a few prickly sensations but not painful. Legs were the easiest to treat with the largest head and a gliding movement with continuous flashes. Too soon to see slower hair growth but I’m prepared to keep using as it doesn’t take long and will be well worth it if it reduces having to deal with hair removal regularly. I’m optimistic for positive results.

I’ve used a mini silk expert in the past and been incredibly pleased with the results. The silk expert pro 3 has taken my gratitude to another level. So simple to use - reads your skin tone exactly to automatically & continuously adjust the power of every flash to get the best results & still be gentle on your skin. My skin was between 2 & 3 so completely correct light/medium tone. You just steadily and smoothly glide the body along your skin maintaining head contact (just like as if you were slowly shaving) & it flashes away doing it’s thing. There are 3 heads for different areas I found the precision head a game changer for my bikini and face area which I’d struggled a little with the mini which only had the one option. There is also a sensitive option for these areas - again a fabulous addition. I was anxious before I first started using an IPL that it would be difficult to use and I wouldn’t get salon results. I’m a confident user now & getting salon results at a fraction of the cost - presently only using once every 6 wks to maintain and am practically hair free which I find completely liberating. If you’ve been considering trying - give this one a go - the 3 heads & super fast flashing (up to 100 times a minute) will give definitely you the results you are wanting.

It is taking longer for the hair to grow back and it is coming through thinner. I have patches now where that hair hasn’t come back. I can’t wait to see the full results after 12 weeks of use. It it’s really easy to use and switch between heads. It is pain free and really quick to do. It only takes me 10 minutes to cover the areas I need.

Is really easy and safe to use, it becomes with two different heads which is ideal to cover the hard to reach places. It doesn’t hurt it’s more uncomfortable and the pain is bearable. I can say that my facial hair started to be finer from the first week and with the rest of my body was slightly more gradual.

The device is sleek and not too heavy and has a larger head for larger areas such as legs and a precision head for smaller areas such as chin and upper lip. It is important to shave before using (don't wax or pluck as this won't work), the razor provided came in handy for a smooth finish. I started with the lowest setting as I thought it may hurt but it doesn't so I had it on the highest setting. It's important to look away from the light. Results aren't immediate, I have used once so far but already hair is growing back more slowly and less prevalent so I can tell a slight difference already. Looking forward to using and seeing the final results and after that will just do maintenance with the device. Please note it's not suitable for every skin and hair type so only buy if you match the skin and hair criteria.
