I’ve never tried this way of removing hair before and I am really impressed with the results.

The packaging is super cute. It comes in a nice carrier case two different heads for different types of hair removal, a razor to support with the pre-hair removal process and a super long cord, so you can plug it in and sit comfortably when doing your hair removal, I have used this advice for a few rounds of treatment now and I’ve noticed notable reduction in hair regrowth and the hair grows back a lot slower. When using the product there is a slight zap and in some more sensitive areas that can be a little shocking but overall it’s not really painful it’s a quick process and effective which is exactly what you want. As someone who spent money on laser hair treatments from a clinic, this has already had a better effect than that did, and although the product might seem pricey when you actually comparing it to the amount of times you would need to go to a clinic and the fact that you had this device at home is perfect. One of the brilliant things about this devices it comes with an app that analyses your skin allows you to track your progress you can program your sessions into the calendar set reminders it’s just amazing. You can pick the area that you want to use you hair density customise the sensitivity and more. it’s just brilliant! it’s a significant investment upfront, but the results and the convenience is worth way more and it’s worth every single penny.

Over the years, I have used a number of different products for hair removal, but IPL is my preferred method of long term hair removal. The hair takes longer to grow back and, after multiple treatments, the hair growth is reduced immensely. Before use, it is essential to remove all visible hair (shaving is most effective) then to clean the area and make sure it’s dry. Starting up the IPL device is super easy you simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the instructions. Programming has been simplified by the device automatically.When both skin sensors have contact with the skin, the device reads the skin tone and selects the appropriate light intensity, as is indicated by white LEDs on the power bars. Sensitivity settings can be customised to your preferred settings, making the product more customisable. It is important to do a skin test before carrying out the treatment, ensuring that the settings and the device is safe to use.There are 2 methods of using the device: gliding is a fast and efficient treatment for large areas (such as leg, arms) whereas stamping is great to treat small or hard to reach areas (such as face, under arms, pubic area, ankles, knees). After finishing, it is recommended to apply SPF over treated areas to protect from sun exposure. The usage is recommended to be once a week for four to twelve weeks, and then to continue treatment as is required. This is an expensive product but I believe it is an investment. It will save a lot of expenses over the years that would otherwise be spent on waxing, shaving, and other hair removal products.

It is the Braun brand IPL epilator, it is ideal for safe hair removal sessions at home in all areas of the body you want. It is painless, it brings an intelligent sensor that adapts to your skin tone with different intensities, it brings a small head for more specific areas such as the face and the bikini. You can do hair removal sessions once a week and with the App you can take your timed sessions on your cell phone. In addition, the packaging is very beautiful. I'm going to be testing it and then I'll give them an update.

I used to go for laser hair removal treatment sessions (which cost a lot of money) so having this at home gives me more time, saves money and I can do it whenever I want. I love the fact that I can shave and it is so easy to use. Not painful at all (at least for me) and I just need to be careful around my tattoo but the rest is all good. Using this on my legs, bikini and armpits area and love it. My legs are responding better than bikini area but that is probably down to me as I have multiple hairs coming out of one place) highly recommend and do have the previous older version as well.

Braun are leading in this field & this product is the worlds 1st learning IPL system with the use of the downloadable app & skin I-expert. The experience starts with pairing the device to my phone and wifi which was very easy and quick. I then performed a skin test on different areas and needed to wait 15 minutes to ensure that there was no reaction. I then set about developing my personalised laser plan for different target areas. I liked that you could decide whether you wanted a quicker treatment with more evasive results compared to a more lengthy and gentle approach. The plan set about having a weekly laser session. I’m now a few weeks in using this product and it’s amazing. I’ve definitely seen an improvement with visibility of hair. I’m so excited about this product and would highly recommend. It came in a wonderful case and looks great. Luckily I have been able to give it to my mum who has a different tone to me and it seems to work well, hopefully it will be good for months to come

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (coupon, discount, free sample, sweepstakes, contest with raffle etc).] I can’t tell you how long I’ve wanted an IPL machine for the chin and neck hairs that have plagued me for 20 years - waxing and plucking and shaving has never been good enough and left me with spots and scars. This IPL comes in a very nice, great quality bag with two heads and a razor. There is an app to download that guides you through setting up the machine and how to use it, that also serves as a way to keep track of treatments and also notify you when your next is due, and works on both wifi and Bluetooth. I love a bit of tech and app connectivity, so this is right up my street. I was surprised that the device has a fan in it, I don’t know why, as I suppose it would need one given that it’s intense light… anyway, the handheld device is very sturdy and feels heavy and robust in the hand. The two heads are easy to change and the app guides you through what head to use, what intensity to use and how to use the device, either stamping treatment or gliding treatment. I had a bit of a sweat on when I first came to use it, I was worried what was going to feel like. I was following the instructions but it wasn’t doing the test flash on me, no doubt because of user error, as you need to place on your skin so it can read your skin tone, and it wasn’t firing. My fault because I chose to do it at the bottom of my leg near my ankle and I don’t think I was holding it correctly. After I figured that out, it advised you to wait 15 minutes to see if there was any reaction. There wasn’t, so I was free to continue. It feels hot and a very bright flash and click, I think the anticipation is far worse than the actual thing! It is by far the least painful method of hair removal, because it isn’t at all. It’s a 1/10 at best for pain, so it’s nothing at allI immediately switched to the precision head to do my face - I used the app to set up a new weekly schedule and chose the lowest of the three intensities, selected the colour of the hair and off I went. It took 3 minutes max, and I used 22 flashes. It felt totally fine, and just ever so slightly hot and a little tight afterwards, which subsided in a couple of minutes. Very very easy to do and so quick!!! I already can’t wait to do the next treatment next week! You must shave clean and dry the areas you are treating, and given I had a days growth of hair on my legs I’ll be trying that after I’d been in the shower, that’s the only prep you need to do. It will probably take a while to do my face hairs as I have been plucking daily for years, so I will shave only from now on so that they will all eventually be in the same growth cycle, so I can treat them all. Literally the only reason I haven’t bought one before now is that they are expensive, but I believe there are some models that are half price over Christmas. I will be using it pretty much from the chin down and hopefully not need to shave again!

I have always wanted to try one but did not know if they would work. I have spent many years shaving and waxing to remove unwanted hair. Which is very time consuming and costs can add up. I have considered laser treatment but could never justify the costs to have it done. So IPL was the next best thing. This box contains everything you need. All you need to do is download the app that guides you on how to use this and helps record your progression. It helps to give you an optimised plan for each body part you are looking to use this machine on. It tells you on the side of the box which skin and hair tones this would be suitable for. I have Asian olive skin and black hair and this IPL is perfect for me. It also comes with two heads depending on what body area you are going to use the machine on. First you shave the area you are looking to IPL so that the area is hairless. Then you use the machine and away you go. There is a little pinch time feeling but it’s not painful. It does get a little warm but nothing alarming. This is intelligent and automatically detects the correct power for you so no need to alter any settings. After a few weeks of using I can already see less hair growth compared to if I was going to shave or wax that area. I see this machine being long term. I have only used on my legs and arms for now but will continue to use on the rest of my body. For my hairless journey.
