Hi I have bought a hair removal ipl for £389 ..couple of months ago...I start using my chin from the day I received ipl...but I can't see any difference .even before using ipl I used to pluck my chin hair but from the using ipl I stop plucking I start shaving as it says ..now I see more hair bcz of shaving..they are more thicker and darken now...I am very disappointed with this ipl....I don't want to give even one star
