Braun Electric Shaver Series 3 310BT

I am absolutely furious. I received a delivery notification from Relay—the courier company Braun inexplicably chose to handle my Christmas gift. Instead of delivering to my correct address, which was clearly stated on my order, this incompetent driver deposited my parcel at a completely wrong location and vanished. The delivery proof explicitly shows the package was left at an unknown address, and despite my immediate attempts to trace it, the parcel has disappeared without a trace. My Christmas gift—gone. My money—gone. My trust in Braun—obliterated. But that's not even the worst part. After discovering this disaster, I did what any reasonable customer would do: I called Braun repeatedly to report the catastrophic failure. And you know what happened? Absolutely nothing. Radio silence. Not a single response. Not one acknowledgement. Not one apology. Not one attempt to help. Braun's customer service team couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone or call back. This isn't just poor service; this is callous indifference to a customer in genuine distress. I am holding Braun accountable for this complete and utter failure. You contracted with Relay, a courier company that is demonstrably incompetent. Your driver left my parcel at the wrong address. Your tracking system confirmed this. Your customer service department has now abandoned me in my moment of need. This is a breach of contract. This is negligence. This is a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A customer who paid goods has a fundamental right to receive those goods at the correct address, and when that fails, has the right to immediate, professional customer service. Braun has failed on both counts spectacularly. The damage is real. This wasn't just any parcel—it was a Christmas gift intended for someone I care about. Because of Braun and Relay's incompetence, that person will not receive their gift. Because of Braun's refusal to respond, I have no idea where my money has gone. This is unacceptable. This is pathetic. Your "trading standards" are a joke, and your customer service is non-existent. You should review your relationship with Relay or implement immediate quality controls, because this level of incompetence is inexcusable and clearly systemic. To anyone reading this: do not order from Braun. Do not trust Relay. And do not expect either company to care if things go wrong. I have learned this lesson the hard way, and it has cost me too much and a ruined Christmas. Save yourself the heartbreak.

I had a well known shaver brand already that I had come to by recommendation. I’d seen no problem with it and was happy. That is until I tried this braun. I have a tendency to not charge my shaver after every use due to growing my beard slowly, this means I often get to the point of needing a shave (for a night out mainly) and getting half way through and losing power. The charge on the Braun is extremely quick and has saved me looking a little odd with half a shaved face or from being late. Also it is waterproof and has many attachments of which I’ve still not use all of. All round this is the best shaver I’ve had and look forward to keeping for a long time.

The hold is good due to its good shape which gives a firm hold. Shaving is smooth and results are good on dry skin. And cleaning under water is is safe and effective. Taken an hour to recharge and lasts for 2-3 shave. Only drawback is I guess finding a replacement head. But this is one of Brauns best in 3 series cost wise also taking into account its quality and longevity.

The handle is very smooth which helped me with my "dropping hands" issue. Trusted, and reliable, the battery life was super good - once fully charged. My partner (male) also enjoyed using this and would recommend. Love the fact this is also a dry-wet based shaver - really helps when you're in the shower and not having to worry regarding getting it wet. I would recommend to anyone, another quality product from a quality professional brand. A+++++++

The main foil shaving attachment gives a close clean shave and can be easily removed to attach the clipper. The clipper can be fitted facing in either direction which is good for getting the right angle for your trim and the clipping attachments slide on easily. They were comfortable to use and gave a good even cut. Overall a good product!

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive (coupon, discount, free sample, sweepstakes, contest with raffle etc).] The Braun S3 Shave and Style (Model 310BT) is a good value wet and dry shaver for those who cannot afford the more expensive ranges e.g. Series 7, which can be over £100 more! It has two foil shaving heads, which Braun have trademarked “Sensofoil” (which look the same as previous foils so wonder if this is merely marketing), along with a cutting blade for longer hairs sandwiched between them. This does have limited use as you cannot target longer hairs as the foil head get in the way. All three blades move independently of each other which is a bonus, and is a far cry from the conventional “fixed” version of old. It also comes with a separate trimmer head that is easy to switch to, which is good for neat sideburns, or anyone wanting contouring. As an added bonus there’s also 5 attachments (1,2,3,5 and 7mm) for trimming short beards and stubble, though I am currently clean shaven so will use these in the future. Performance: I only dry shave and found this to give a reasonable good finish, though nowhere near as good as a razor. The cutting experience was pleasant enough and it worked reasonably well. However, for me, the upper lip is not quite as smooth than other areas. This shaver is also designed to be used wet, but I don’t use it that way. The cleaning of these is pretty much the same, so I wouldn’t rate it worse or better than other shavers. It boasts a 5-minute quick charge, which I did find extremely handy one morning given that I let it run down and though I had left it charging, but forgot to switch on at the socket! Overall I found it to be good value for the £30 it usually costs, and would make an excellent Christmas present for the unkempt man in your life! I would however recommend a Braun Series 6 or 7 if you have the budget for it.

Fits easily into my hand and does the job I want it to . I love how the attachments make it so easy to cut all lengths , the battery is longlasting and easy to charge too

Lightweight with a good battery life, it works both wet and dry which is particularly handy when travelling. The trimmer is useful and adjustable so you can keep those wayward sideboards in check.
