The flexible head is the best feature

The best feature for me would be the flexible head which allows you to get to the most places and the shortest hair. It makes the not so great hair removal easy, quick and less painful. I also like the convenience of cable free use. The handle has a good grip, there is also a tiny light that shows you the tiniest hair when moving the epilator around. It's the first epilator I have ever used in the shower, fab! Have not used the shaver head as it's not my thing.

Really impressed, easy to use and comfortable

At first I was really quite nervous about using the epilator. I decided to do my chin area(pcos) first which I usually try to pluck with tweezers but that takes ages and I get fed up and shave instead. So it took 30 seconds to clear fuzz free skin. It did sting for the odd hair but it has been about 2 weeks and nothing has grown back. This is the easiest, most comfortable epilator I've ever used. The flexible head and elongated handle makes it easier to reach backs of legs etc, even if you have some limited range of movement like me. It's nice and light and the led light is very handy to make sure you don't miss abit. The epilator is fairly quiet and the battery life indicator is helpful. The two prong plug was a little annoying butonly because the socket in my bathroom is in a ridiculous place, a plug adaptor easily fixed
