The App collects data about the usage intent (your plans by body region) and the actual performed sessions. It also stores settings on Notifications and your after-session survey answers.

The connected product generates data only when actively in use.

Data is stored both on-device and remotely when connected to a Wifi network or the App. The retention policy is as follows:

Remote storage: Data will be retained for 48 months.
On-device: Data will be retained up until successful upload (limited by local storage).
