It is my first time epilating and I was really looking forward to not have to deal with shaving so regularly. Unfortunately I have been disappointed. Good points: it mostly removes hairs. Bad points: it takes a long time as you need to go over the same bits a few times for the hairs to be fully pulled out, super loud, for me it only lasts about a week before the hairs are noticeably long again rather than the 4 weeks advertised, difficult to epilate at certain angles.

I'm extremely disappointed with this product, especially since my parents spent their money on it for my birthday. It was taking so long to remove the hairs on my leg that I actually gave up and went back to my old epilator. It wasn't taking most of the hairs off my leg and wasn't picking up the short ones at all. It's very noisy and gets annoying after a few minutes. I found that it wasn't very powerful also, it's like it didn't have enough power to remove the hairs. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.. I wouldn't even buy it if it was on sale

Over the years I have tried various different brand of epilators, and Braun once again did not disappoint. There is no such think as a pain free way of using an empilator however because of the power of the Braun Silk-épil 3 it make it a more bareable experience as well as leaving my underarms, legs and bikini line lovely and smooth. I find that it works very well on short stubborn hairs. As well as the epilator working wonders I am also pleasantly surprise on how well the trimmer and shaver works. Braun once again has came up trumps with this product and I would recommend this to anyone

This product is great for begginners. The massage cap makes the process more bearable as less painful and the epilator itself is strong enough to remove strong hair. I have been using an epilator for quite few years on armpits and bikini, but I could never stand the pain on my legs. This one is brilliant thanks to the massaging cap AND massaging bits on the actual shaving head (brilliant idea!). One bit of advise- dont use the massaging cap (only the shaver head) on your armpits as it catches the skin. Unlike other epilators Braun Silk Epil 3 is really lightweight which helps, especially when you decide to shave a large area as your hand doesnt hurt as quick. The light helps getting every tiny hair removed. Overall, I would definitely reccomend, especially to those afraid of the pain.

It got 5 stars ladies you get what you pay for. I've been using a cheaper model and spend hours epilating. With this one im done in 20 mins. The light is an amzing idea i can see what im doing and the massage rollers make it so easy to lift the hairs, I have found an epilator im going to stick with.

This is my third epilator, but the first powered directly from the socket ,it's good because you do not have to remember about charging before use. The epilator attracts the eyesight, it has a very nice appearance, it lies well in the hand, it does not slip. Thanks to the massage overlay during epilation, I hardly felt any pain. Thanks to the light, I could easily see and quickly remove the smallest hair, my legs are now wery smooth. The shaving head is great for the areas you do not want to epilate but only to cut or properly shape, ( I did a great job with me ) ;) Loudness during the procedure does not bother you. One small drawback, no storage bag included. I think that the epilator Braun silke-pil 3 3-410 is worthy of recommendation above all for beginners, but it will also be great in a business trip or holiday because it is small, which is very handy in transport. my will stay with me, I will certainly use it more. I have always been very sceptical about using eplicators for hair removal- my only experience in the past vastly includes my friends holding my leg in place and having shots of courage beforehand. Recently, I had a friend swear that it was the best method for hair removal and since this purchase, I have to agree. Past eplitors I have used almost feel like it's damaging to skin, but not this one. Granted, there is pain when you use an epilator. What do you expect- hair is being removed by the root. But this amazing epilator is so light, smooth and easy to use, that pain was barely registered. It's small, practically travel size, and comes with a super bright light so you can see if you've missed any spots. I am very happy to report I'm an epilator person now. Even my boyfriend liked the effects (replaying that fact does have me concerned) but facts are facts. I am honestly excited for hair to grow back so I can use it all over again. Very well designed, very easy to use, very happy customer.

This is my first epilator and I was slightly nervous - expecting pain. However - it was painless - there was some sensation but it was not painful at all. I have had my bikini area waxed and eyebrows threaded and it was nothing like those experiences. I have only used it on my bikini area so far but looking forward to trying the rest of my body as I hate shaving

Two weeks ago I started to use my Braun epilator and shaver. Because I can't support the pain , I was a little nervous at the beginning but with the massage cap, the pain is not so hard. I also used the shaver on my arms and it made a great job. I will start to use it often to see more results. But I used it two weeks ago and the hair is not back yet. So i'm very happy with it.
