This product is such good quality and you get all the extra add ons to make the experience much more technical. It does hurt for a first time epilator but the results lasted a lot longer than shaving and left my skin feeling incredible. Would definitely recommend

So admittedly I've been using a rather outdated epilator for years. I've been using the Silk Epil 9 for over a week now, and I've had to get used to properly epilating again it's that good!Different speed setting makes it much more comfortable, no cable means no fighting to get to trickier areas, and the fact I can use in the bath has made it even easier to use! This product is brilliant! Its cordless which I have found so much better than my old epilator. The movable head really helps and the light too. The extras like exfoliation and shaver make it a brilliant all rounder. Its a pleasure to use and makes the pain more bearable, maybe even enjoyable. Highly recommend it.

I use this mostly on my legs, arms and I have tried my underarms too. This Epilator hurts so much less than my previous much older model. I didn't think the massaging attachment would make much difference but it really does seem to help. So useful being able to use it in the shower. It manoevers so well. I was lucky enough to receive this as a free trial and I was not disappointed. I have used the same epilator for years and have bought others as it was getting old, only to go back to my original one. But not now!!! This epilator is great, not as painful as others, really Jessy to use and left my skin feeling amazing, soft and hair free. I have already thrown out my other epilators and razors.

I've tried epilating before with a really cheap epilator

I have used a couple of epilators in the past but the Braun epil 9 flex is by far the best. It feels much less harsh on hair removal than other products and leaves the skin feeling really smooth. The tilt of the head helps for precision and helps you reach all the areas you need to. The different types of cover make it possible to epilate different areas and focus on a small area when epilating a sensitive part. I would highly recommend this product and if you've never epilatedd get one!!

At first I was worried that this product will cause pain like other epilators I have used before. I was pleasantly surprised, this product is amazing. I have used it as soon as it arrived and still no new hair to shave. I highly recommend this and is exactly what I needed. I wish I tried this before
