Well times have certainly changed since the last shaver/epilator I bought . I didn’t think anything was as good as using a razor . Not only am I silky smooth but the hair regrowth is very slow . I’m very impressed . I did find however that there are better instructions on the Braun website plus tips .. for instance to pull skin tight whilst using the epilator for a total pain free experience. The attachments that are included are somewhat confusing to start with but once you find the ones you need and for what area it’s simle after that . Like I said , clearer details on website . The fact that it can be used wet or dry is a definite bonus . What a clever gadget that also looks so cool ! Would recommend. Will not use anything else now !!

I absolutely love this !!! On first impressions of opening the box it looks really smart and a cool design . I must admit though, I was a little overwhelmed by all the attachments but once I read the clear information on the Braun website about this product I found it easier and clearer than the instructions that came with it . I have now used all attachments and used the epilator and shaver on most of my body ! So simple to use and NOT painful at all when you pull the skin tight . The hair takes a lot longer to regrow compared to shaving and definitely better than waxing or hair removal creams . It’s fabulous that it can be used wet or dry . Perfect for anytime anywhere as it’s so quick to take out and use . There’s a hand type attachment like a razor that’s extremely useful for taking on holiday . I’ve previously been sceptical about epilators and shavers through past experience. But how technology has changed !!!

I bought this epilator as an upgrade from my first epilator and it’s so much better, faster and not as painful as my Philip’s satinelle

I have been using epilators for a number of years from various manufacturers and this is the best one yet. The additional heads for exfoliation are excellent as I do get ingrowing hairs so including this to prevent them is fantastic. The trimmer is far better than one I bought that was supposed to be the best on the market. Most importantly the epilator head is wide, quiet and takes even the smallest of hairs that you can barely see leaving me smooth and totally fuzz free. Great product.

I am very impressed with the Braun Silk wet and dry epilator. The epilator itself is a nice white and rose gold colour which looks quite stylish. It is ergonomic and fits my hand well. I am fairly new to epilating but this made the experience less painful and left my legs feeling nice and smooth. I used it straight after showering which seems to be less uncomfortable than when using on dry legs. I am also impressed with the accessories that also come with the epilator. The bikini trimmer is brilliant, easy to use and leaves the skin smooth and hair free. I am very impressed with the whole package as it is great value for money and I would definetely recommend it.

For the past few weeks I have been using the BRAUN Silk epil 9 skin spa. 4in1 epilator with senso smart, I have never used an epilator and to be honest I was a bit scared ( I have heard it’s painful )but I was very pleasantly surprised! I started off in the Shower using the fantastic EXFOLIATING BRUSHES these left my skin lovely and soft and feeling refreshed, I then started slowly epilating, at first it felt tingly, but no pain ! Within 20 mins I had done both legs ankle to top of thighs ! Brilliant! and converted lol. The senso smart pivoting head followed the curves of my legs perfectly and also prevents pressing to hard too. Afterwards I got back in the shower and re exfoliated my legs with the softer brush, dried and then moisturised. My legs look fantastic and are still hair free nearly 9 days on! I now use the exfoliating brushes in the shower everyday to help prevent any pesky ingrown hairs, although I have not experienced any as yet! I also epilated my arm pits and bikini line, again no pain. The shaver head works terrifically and can be used on any part of the body with its guide shields it can cut to any desired length. There is also an ultra portable personal shaver and bikini shaver in 1 which again is brilliant, I have pcos so unfortunately get excessive hair growth and this is a dream I have used it on my bikini line and also on my face just under my chin and along the hairline and can say it’s a doddle to use and perfect to carry in your bag for little touch ups. All in all this is an amazing piece of beauty kit which is a must have for any modern woman wanting an all in one grooming kit that does what it says and has proven excellent results. Braun is one of my favourite brands associated with women's skin and beauty. I've been using Braun Silk-épil 9 SkinSpa for a few weeks and I only say that this device is one of their best ever. What I liked about this device is being cordless so the ability to use it in the shower make it more convenient and hassle free. There are so many attachments to use (about 13) however, I only used 4 or 5 max but it's completely up to you as you might use all of them. It was nearly pain free thanks for the massager that stimulate the skin and reduce the pain. I would highly recommend it for male and female use .

I've been using epilators since I started shaving but have always had ones that plugged in so this was awesome to try. It doesn't take long to charge which was so great however it started running down when I was half way through my second leg. I did think it would last longer as it said 50 minutes run time. I tried to charge it but it didn't charge until it was run down completely but it doesn't say this is the case in the booklet. Battery life aside the epilator itself was great. The new design made epilating easier and quicker with its moving head and larger tweezers. The light was also a great part of the new design as i could quickly go back if i missed a hair. I do suffer from ingrown hairs so using the brushes was a nice experience in the shower, saves buying lots of products. I saw a slight improvement after a couple of uses so hoping with continued use this will banish them almost completely. I wasn't too impressed with the shaver head attachment, it seemed to take forever to actually shave just one part of my leg as I kept having to go back after it missed parts. All in all the epilator and brushes are great, all kept in a nice little bag but the shaver doesn't seem up to much in my opinion.

Before trying this product I was already familiar with Silk Epil epilators. My current epilator was the Silk-epil wet and dry so I was very excited to try out the latest model with the extra attachments. The overall performance of the machine was pretty similar to the one I currently use, the light was handy to see what hairs I have missed and the 2 speeds are good for epilating different parts of your body. Battery - I charged the battery up overnight before using the epilator however it seemed to start running out and beeping at me after 30 minutes of use. I'm not sure if this is the about of time the battery allows you but if it is, then it is not long enough. I tried the epilator again yesterday and didn't get any beeping however I did use it for a shorter period of time. Massage Head - Just like the head on my old epilator I didn't really rate this one. It says it is designed to stimulate the skin for a more comfortable experience however I found it hindered the epilation and so I had to keep going over the same area again and again. After 10 minutes of using it, I took it off and used the basic epilation head to finish off. Exfoliation Brushes - I really love these brushes, the deep one I use on the areas of my legs that I suffer from in grown hairs, it's also a great way to lazily exfoliate parts of your body. The soft brush I have been loading up with face wash and giving myself a little face exfoliation/massage. Shaver Head - Another of the attachments to I don't rate. The trimmer at the front works perfectly and chops off any and all hairs of a certain length that it comes into contact with but the shaver really lets the side down. Even after going over hairs again and again it just doesn't get them which is why I'll be leaving this one on the bag. Skin contact and facia cap - These caps allow you to get a really close epilation whilst offering some precision and protection at the same time. They're brilliant for people who are new to epilating under arms. The smaller cap allows for a smaller area to be epilated rather than taking off large areas of hair. The large normal one is the one I usually use for epilating my legs, offers protection but a nice close job. Trimmer - Loved the trimmer, helps to keep things neat and tidy or just a very simple way to trim down longer hairs. Really simple but works well. Overall I was left a little disappointed with this item, I think the heads that set this epilator apart from the one I currently have is the brushes. They offer a solution to a problem that comes along with epilating (in grown hairs). The other heads unfortunately just don't function at a good enough standard or offer anything extra to the epilator. I still love this epilator and will be replacing the one I had with this new one however some of the fancy new heads will not be getting used again.

This is my new best friend. I have had two epilators before both were mains operated. This is my first cordless and can be used on wet or dry skin i like to use mine on dry skin. As well you get easy to follow instructions. I first used it on my legs with great results lovely smooth legs and no hairs left behind. It even sounds good as my last two sounded like a lawnmower. A red light show up if you are pushing to hard but you have to be pushing very hard for this to show up. You get two exfoliation brushes to help with ingrowing hairs and removing dead skin i have been using an exfoliating glove but will now be using the brushes. Next i did my bikini with the trimmer it was easy to use and very quick removed the hair very well. I prefer not to epilate under my arms so i used the shaver head which gave me a very good close shave. All in all 10/10 very impressed with this kit.
