I recently purchased a Braun Gift Box containing the Electric Shaver Series 9 PRO+, Cleaning Cartridge 4 Pack, and 94M Head Replacement as a birthday gift for my husband, At first, he was very pleased with the quality and brand reputation of Braun. However, when he used the shaver for the first time, it pulled at his hair (approximately 2mm long) and left small scars on his scalp. We initially thought it might be a user error, but after researching online and following all usage instructions carefully, the same issue occurred again — resulting in bleeding and scalp irritation I have been trying to contact costumer service to get some help, We believe the shaver may be faulty and would like to know if it’s possible to return or replace the product, but no one is even offering to listen! I am really disappointed 🥺

This is truly great package. Expensive but well worth the outlay.
