Braun Series 6 62-B1200s Electric Shaver

Very pleased with my new shaver. Looks good and is well built. Shaving is quick espcially with the turbo mode and gives a close shave. Would be 5*, but disappointed that it did not come with a protective cap to avoid the shaver foil from getting damaged. This is the first shaver I have purchased in over 50 years that does not come with a protective cap and even more surprised that a simple piece of plastic was going to cost me a further £22 plus postage which is exhorbitant. So will just have to be extra careful.

The product offers a comfortable shave however I wouldn’t recommend this product if you like a completely clean shave. It comes with a handy case and also a precision trimmer extra to the foil trimmer. It has two modes that allow you to choose either a turbo mode or gentle mode!

Traditionally, I would use a rotary shaver but I’ve given this one a good go. Unfortunately, it hasn’t convinced me to switch. The shaver is built and packaged really well giving what you would expect from a premium product. I find that when shaving with it, it misses several hairs meaning that the area has to be gone over again and again. You can, however, use it on several areas of the body but the same issues prevail. Overall, I do like this product and how it feels but I can’t get past the missing of hairs so I probably wouldn’t buy it.

I shave almost every 3 days and have sensitive skin, so comfort was a big priority for me – and this shaver delivers. The flexible SensoFlex head really adapts well to my jawline and doesn’t irritate my skin like other models I’ve tried. Battery life is solid – I get several shaves off a single charge, and the 5-minute quick charge has come in handy more than once. Excellent value, however the retail price should be lower than what it is. The product packaging is in a presented style box which gives the product its premium feel.
