No, Series 6 electric shavers from Braun only operate when they're unplugged. They're designed for cordless use in wet and dry conditions so the 62-S7650cc mustn't be connected to the mains supply when in use.

I have tried multiple shavers from other brands which didn’t give no were near a good enough clean shave however the Braun series 6 delivers in ways which I didn’t think possible from an electric shaver. The battery lasts a very long time and is quite quiet when shaving. I would definitely recommend Braun series 6 to everyone I know!

Took me a min to be able to use it as I don’t have a shaver socket and this doesn’t come with a standard 3 pin plug so needed to get an adapter before I could get going.

By using the spacers, I was able to get a smooth, comfortable shave without any irritation. The battery life is excellent, and the self-cleaning function is a huge plus — it gives peace of mind knowing that any bacteria are cleaned away before the next use, all while it’s charging. The flip-out trimmer for sideburns is also a great touch and works perfectly. Overall, this shaver exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The shaver leaves a very close shave. It is quiet even when cleaning brilliant shaver would recommend
