Got this epilator for the Mrs and this is the second epilator she has used. She was extremely pleased and impressed and highly recommends.. The first time she used this epilator it left her skin feeling smooth and soft. The light on the epilator is really good and clear to see what your doing and It's quick at removing even the tiniest of hairs.. compare to her previous one this epilator is thinner and longer and also she mentioned it was less noisy and works much better and efficient.!

I tried this as an alternative to shaving and it works wonders. it's pain free and gets every little hair out. It has a handy little light on it to see what your getting. I used this on my legs bikini line and underarms.

The Braun Silk Epil is a good piece of kit, easy to use, easy to change heads. It shaving ability with the shaver head gives good results. I didn’t get on so well with the epilator. While it does get rid of some of the hairs it didn’t leave me feeling smooth like with razor or shaver. That said I think over time it might be more effective.

I found this epilator easy to use (the heads easily click on and off) and comfortable to hold. The hair removal process was relatively pain free and it effectively removed even short hairs. Clean-up was also simple using the provided brush. It could however be improved by including a travel / storage bag. I didn't get on with the shaver head or trimmer cap so will most likely not use these going forward.

I am absolutely amazed by this fantastic little device! I have never used an epilator before so I was a bit nervous about what to expect pain wise, it is a little painful at first especially in areas like my thighs but I found that I quickly got used to it and as long as I followed the instructions and kept the skin taut it wasn't too bad. It removed even the shortest hairs quickly and the light is very useful for finding every hair. I used the trimmer and shaver on my bikini line and armpits and they worked amazingly too. I am going to be buying one for my daughter who is new to shaving and nervous of cutting herself, I know she will feel much happier using the shaver attachment for this product instead of a razor. The only thing I would change is that it doesn't come with a bag/case for storage but other than that this is brilliant and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Wow! I have fibromyalgia plus many other health problems making it hard to shave my legs and leading to injury every time I did manage to shave with a normal razor but I switched to this Shaver and oh my am I over the moon! I no longer end up injured on my legs and the extra light really helps make sure you don't miss any spots. Would highly recommend

I like to use the epilator on my armpits and although it stings initially it soon wears off and makes it easier to remove hair . The light makes it easier to see where you are epilating while looking in the mirror and it removes hair effectively . I use the shaver on my legs and it gives a great close shave . Easy to clean with the supplied brush but it’s a shame there is no plug included in the box .

I use this epilator for my arm and legs I wasn’t sure before using this product however the result were very good no pain skin feels silky and smooth It’s not very noisy easy to use I’m really satisfied with the results highly recommended

I have used an epilator before in the past but found it too painful to carry on. This one doesn’t seem to tug at the hair just pulls it out effortlessly, I did both my legs in around 20 minutes and they are still hair free. I did come up in a rash afterwards but please be aware it is normal and will go in a few hours! My only down side is this didn’t come with a plug so I had to buy an adapter plug (a 2 pin to 3 pin) which was a shame as I wanted to use it straight away

I haven’t used an epilator before and I was really keen to give it a go. I made sure my legs were clean and dry, and didn’t shave for 5 days before using, although I did see you can use it on really short hairs too. I found pulling my skin taut and using it on the fastest setting was best for me, it was quicker and removed all the hairs. It’s not painless but it’s certainly much less painful than I was expecting, and my legs looks amazingly smooth after use. My legs were a bit red for an hour or so after using, but it says about this in the manual so I expected it and used it at night. By the morning all the redness had gone. It’s a week later now and I’ve no regrowth showing at all, which is fantastic. I’ve ditched all my razors and will be using this from now on. It’s brilliant.
