This is just brilliant! Really does work. I have dark brown hair and before I would have to shave my legs every day (as I swim most days) And now I forget to shave :) It does take a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient. For me I started to find little soft bald spots where no hairs were growing back then eventually cleared the whole area I was treating. For me the best bit is that it removes that overnight shadow, plucked chicken look that you can get with dark hair on your legs. You do have to keep using it say once a month to keep it in check but Its so quick and easy to use. I have used an Panasonic one before a few years ago and although that worked great too, It needed to be charged and so I had to plan when I was going to do this (as you have to be freshly shaven/waxed/plucked to do this) This one has long lead so I just grab it when its convenient for me and go. Plus the Panasonic one was slow at reloading after pressing the light. This one is so much quicker. I can click and then click next area straight away. Also I love the way it has built in screening to output the brightest strength of lazer but not so much that It will damage the skin at the same time. Over all really pleased and I will never not own one of these now! xxx

I have been using the Silk-expert Pro 3 for just under 2 Months, twice a week. What a difference it has made already! I have been using it on my legs and underarms to start with. I am already noticing that there is a huge difference in the regrowth of hair on my legs, it's it taking a little while longer with my underarms, but there is definitely a growth reduction there too. I have fair skin and dark brown body hair. I am noticing that there is no need to shave my legs for at least a couple of weeks. This makes such a difference to my everyday life, as my hair normally grows so so quick. I no longer have to think about shaving my legs everyday or finding I have to make decisions on what to wear because of this. My underarms also don't need to be shaved everyday, which they normally do. I don't find its use irritating to my skin. The device is also small, so it is easy to grip and use on different areas of the body. I am very happy with the results.

The contents of the box included the manuals, the IPL machine, a sturdy pouch the power charger and a venus razor. Instruction manuals were simple with clear images of how to use the product and how often is recommended. The machine is not wireless for those who may be looking for one that is. The head of the IPL is quite large, this is ideal as it can do more surface area on the skin whilst reducing time. There is also a secondary head for the machine which is more narrow ideal for smaller surface areas such as the upper lip and other facial areas. The initial use for me for this 6 week was that I had noticed the machine was really fast in sensing skin detection and so I was able to quickly glide through each leg within a matter of minutes I was really pleased with the speed of it. Overall, for my treatment I had only decided to do my lower legs and upper lips. Over the past few weeks, I have seen a much greater difference in my hair growth, such as finer hairs and a reduced amount of growth. I have not yet moved to lenghting the process to bi monthly but I have seen and been given many compliments as of the results of my treatment and will do so in the coming weeks. I can see the hair growth has been inhibited to patches that would take longer than a week for hairs to appear in contrast to shaving where it grew a day or so later, for which grows very slowly and finely. Towards the last few weeks of my sessions I have seen only hair growth only on the front my legs not on the sides of them. My skin feels very smooth without the razor feel, the hairs feel softer, I really like the feel of them and am very pleased with the results of them. I wished i had made this investment sooner.

I have been using Braun Silk-expert Pro 3 for over 6 weeks now and I’ve already started to see the results. I have been using it for my arms, legs and underarms and the change in hair growth is quite noticeable, especially on my legs. The hair on my legs is thinner and it’s a lot less now. I have fair skin and dark brown body hair so it works well with it. I am using it for my underarms but I think if the hair is slightly thicker it takes a few more weeks to see the results. But the hair has started to grow thinner. At first I was a bit scared to use it but it is not painful, it just stings a little. Nothing compared to the pain of waxing. Make sure to clean the area from hair completely before using. If there is any hair left you might smell hair burning. I think compared to many other hair removal methods this is one of the easiest and cleanest. The price is a bit high but you get good results and it is a lot easier than getting it done somewhere else. You can just do it in the comfort of your own home. The device itself is easy to hold and work with. The light on it shows you if the area is ready to work on. It comes with a nice bag and a precision head to use for underarms and bikini areas.

I have been using the Silk-expert Pro 3 IPL hair removal system for 6 weeks now. After the first treatment don't expect to be hair free, perseverance is needed here. However, after my second treatment I started noticing slower hair regrowth, patchy hair. After the third treatment, there was a considerable difference, my hairs started to fall out! After the initial 6 weeks, I probably have a 70/80 percent reduction in hair growth, which is absolutely fantastic to achieve such results! The main advantage of the IPL system is that it is less time consuming and painless. I don't have to worry about my hairy legs as much as I used to! Prior to using the IPL system, I had never experienced it before, so I was quite nervous. IPL (Intensed Pulsed Light) consists of light pulses which project on to the skin to prevent hair regrowth. So to start off with the machine comes in a really informative strong box with lots of information of the product its feautures and what it does.
After opening the box the ipl is s really sturdy but not too heavy piece of equipment which is really easy to use.
I love so much about this IPL but will stick to the main points.
So i have olive skin tone and dark hair but during the winter my skin tone is a few shades lighter.
One of the key feautures of this product is the fantastic continuous flash thst helps you cover more of the area faster.It is so simple to use and you can use it whilst watching your favourite tv show it is that effortless.
The machine has three lights on the side and adapts to your skin tone depending on where you are using the machine on your body or face.
It comes with two attatchments one for face and one for body which is a really great feauture.
Thr machine is such a proffesional piece of kit it feels like having a salon treatment in the comfort of your own home.
If the machine is not placed properly on the skin a red light will show you need to adjust which is great.
Finally the results for me have been with no exaggaration have been amaaazing.The growth on my arms and legs are almost non existent they really seem to have worked this is after only having the machine for five weeks and the results for me personally have been worth it.
Its reccomended that for the first 12 weeks or so the IPL should be used every week however at one point i was on holiday and didnt manage to use it for 2 weeks but there was no growth at all.I took a razor with me to touch up but bought it back home unused because i didnt need it,for me thats how the results have been.
I must stress that there is a little bit of unnoticable growth nothing like how it used to grow but as i mentioned i still have a bit more of the treatment to go.
My facial hair has reduced significantly and has significantly reduced my hair removing routine.I know some people were a little apprehensive of using a razor on their face as i was but it really does enhance the results of the treatment with the way it can zap the hair follices.I have noticed no ill effects of this and i am really happy with the results.
A small negative is once you switch the machine on the only way to switch it off is removing it from the mains other than that the IPL is a well good quality product worth a try.

I have to admit that I was a little worried about using this product as I am not good with pain, and I did expect this to be slightly painful when using it. The product looks great and is easy and actually more straight forward to use than what I thought it would be. I love that there are no cables attached so that it’s nice and easy to use the product without having to worry if the cable will stretch far enough. I have to admit that I was more than impressed with the results. I have used this product for a total of around 6wks and I have noticed quite a difference in terms of less hair growing back and in some areas no hair growing back at all. I feel confident that with continued use, I will get even better results. The product is rather pricey; how-ever the product is made well, easy to use and the results are just fantastic. I have been pleasantly surprised by this product.

I can't believe how amazing and effective this product is.
It is incredibly easy to use and does cover a decent amount of area so less time consuming.
It is the most effective IPL I have used and I could see some results just after the treatment. By the third treatment the hair on my arms was significantly reduced. After 6 treatments I've hardly seen any growth. Even in areas such as my legs where I've only done 2 treatments I can see a difference already.
It is safe as it has the SensoAdapt technology. It is safe to use on your face and has a precision head. It also has a sensitive button for areas where you want less heat. I think this is an incredible product that can be used in the privacy of your own home and is worth every penny. It comes with a razor and a travel bag, a complete set. I can't praise this product enough, I'm shocked at the results, I've never seen results like this before.

This product was exactly what I was looking for, after having tried epilating, waxing and shaving I was really looking for something that would give me definate results. Initially I was scared regarding burning or the pain being too much. However this IPL (intensive pulse light) machine was so easy to work with. I experiend very minor pain and was actually expecting this to be quite painful, despite me having a very high pain threshold this was nothing. I felt very slight tingles. The design of the machine makes it easy to hold and work along the areas where treatment is needed. The two different size heads are very useful for when wanting to focus on either a large area or small. While usigg this machine I felt very slight pain and was wandering whether this is actually working or not. The automatic setting is my favourite where it adjusts the strength when placed on your skin. For those who are extremely sensitive to pain then you would love this because you can keep it at level one. I experienced reduction of hair growth by week 5 and this was on my arms and upper lip as well as my jawline. I did try this on my underarms but it seems to be taking just a little longer. But no doubt with the experience of using this machine I can confidently say that this machine works. It came with a venus razor which was very nice and easy to quickly shave before treatments. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is tired of weekly shaving and regular waxing. This machine gives amazing results.

I have been using this device for 6 weeks now. My first opinion after receiving the product was how sleek and professional the packaging looked. I found the purple colour of the device itself made the product seem a little dated however this was just cosmetic and had no impact on the use of the product. I love the fact that it also came with a razor to help prepare the skin for first use.
The instructions were really easy to understand and the two different methods of use were both really easy to do. I had seen other reports which said it feels like an elastic band snapping against the skin however when using the device I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I was surprised at how quick it was to do each treatment and used it for both legs and underarms.
The only downside when using the device was that the red light emitted around the sides is very very bright so it was difficult to look around the area being treated, I had to turn my head to the side whilst doing it.
I started to notice slight hair reduction after 4 uses and I'm gradually noticing less hair is growing back overall. The effects are slightly less than I first imagined they would be however I am very happy with the results so far and will continue to use the device regularly.
I am very impressed with this product.
